not only am I mad and disgusted with this pizza hut for serving up the worst pizza I ever had but I’m mad at myself for not looking in the box before I paid for it. if I had, I would have seen that they first f___’d up my order by not adding mushrooms like I requested. Ryan took my order over the phone. I even made him read back to me what I ordered. secondly, the pizza looked dried up and shriveled. the cheese line was about 3 inches down. imagine the worst frozen pizza that you ever bought at a store and then over cooked it… also, it was extremely dark in there(and I’m not talking about the lighting). there were two suspicious looking gang banger types hanging out in front of the place and they weren’t waiting for pizza. I feared a little for my life… Stay Away!!!

How is this place still open? The ONLY reason I even attempt to order from this Pizza Hut is their stuffed crust pizza that no other pizza place has. This store is TERRIBLE! There is always an issue every time. They either mess up the order, forget items and they never have delivery anymore. There are my experiences with the last 5 orders from this location; #1 Ordered online for delivery; an hour and half passes I call the store and they inform me they don’t have delivery drivers but the pizza is ready to be picked up. Why didn’t anyone call me to tell me, you got the order at the store and it’s probably cold by now if it’s just been sitting. Ignorance and incompetence. #2 Called for delivery, ordered stuffed crust, took an hour and a half for delivery, the delivered a regular pizza not stuffed crust and it was cold and dried up. Called to complain, they apologized and said my correct pizza would be delivered and to give the other pizza to the driver. Initially I tipped the delivery driver $ 4 which on a $ 16 order I thought was fair. The same delivery driver, a young white guy driving a monster truck style truck, delivered the replacement pizza, I gave him the other pizza as instructed and he gave me a dirty look, I said they told me to give the incorrect pizza to you. I didn’t tip him the 2nd time because they gave me the wrong pizza and it was inedible, they were just correcting the first order. As he walked away he yelled«thanks for the tip brah» and revved off in his giant monster truck. It was embarrassing because I live in a townhouse development and he literally yelled it. What made this experience even worse was the next day I went to check the mail and apparently the douche delivery driver threw the first pizza on the ground outside with the box and everything. I of course called and complained but the manager who seemed nice said he couldn’t do anything because he is the only driver they have. #3 Store pickup, again they gave me the wrong pizza, forgot my 2 sides of marinara sauce. #4 Delivery order, took 2 hours and 4 mins for delivery. Pizza was cold. I called and talked to a female who identified herself as a manager at the hour and a half mark and she said it was on the way. 2 hours in I called again and talked to a clueless employee who said he didn’t know when they would be there. #5 Call now goes to a call center, I place the order at noon. An hour and a half passes, no pizza, I call, it goes to the call center, we track the order and they inform me; «oh it looks like there are no deliveries until 7:30pm, do you want to pick the order up?» are you kidding me? I ordered it at noon, why wouldn’t I be notified about the delivery time being over 7 hours later. Obviously if I wanted to pick it up or able to I wouldn’t have ordered delivery. I have tried to place an order for delivery 5 times since during the afternoon or early day and the calls are now directed to a call center every time and they tell me that there is no delivery until 10:15 at night, the store closes at 11. I make it a point to ask about the delivery time now since they won’t tell you otherwise. I doubt there will be a delivery at that point either since the store closes 45 mins after the estimated delivery time and I have never received a pizza from them within 45 mins even though they are less than 10 mins away driving wise. Also every time they did get my pizza delivery right in the past they always forgot my 2 sides of marinara sauce I would order to dip the stuffed crust pizza crust into. Granted it is only $ 1 for the sides of marinara sauce but still, how do you charge for it, have it on the order and never give it every time?! They need to clean house and get rid of everyone«working» there, do a better job of hiring people, hire people who want to work and actually do their job. It isn’t a difficult job to do, it isn’t nuclear physics, it comes down to desire to work.

This place is sad. Like you go in and everyone looks sad. I went there since my delivery never came and it was right next to taco bell(my back up plan) I was going to see if I could get some of my food for free cause it was two hours late The guy looked so sad I didn’t have the heart so I just canceled my order and went to taco bell. Next time go to Italy **edit** Food came cold as hell. I didn’t pay and now I have taco bell and pizza hut. My stomach feels really bad

Just made an order for delivery from the Somerset Pizza Hut. Made order online at 4:30. The online response said to expect the delivery at 5:30 pm. I did not receive my order until 6:15pm. The order was cold as you would expect. I have learned my lesson ordering from this location.

DONOTORDERFROMHERE! I ordered a pizza and 2 orders of breadsticks at 10:20 pm. it was it would take an hour. For a Saturday night, that seems like a reasonable wait. As I am writing this review at 11:55pm they are still not here. I called them 10 times. They answered and immediately hung up each time. Finally on the 11th try when I happened to call at exactly 12am they decided to answer(I’m assuming they only answered this time because they were finally able to tell me they were closed since it was 12am and if I was someone wanting to place an order I wouldn’t have been able to because they didn’t pick up 20 minutes ago). They answered with«we’re closed». No hello. Great. I informed them that I knew they were closed but I ordered pizza an hour and a half ago and its still not here. He informed me that it was on the way. I asked him if he was sure and he said he was positive. However, I don’t know how positive he can be if he didn’t even ask for my name or address. My food finally came 20 minutes later and the delivery guy was very nice and apologized for the delay as they were vey backed up. Its understandable but my food was not warm at all, it came almost 2 hours late, and I probably won’t be ordering from here again, at least on a Saturday night. Don’t order from here if you don’t want your food even remotely soon or edible.

THISIS A MUSTREAD… This place every year keeps getting worse and worse. I ordered online last week got there 15mins after they said it would be ready. We waited over 25mins to get order incomplete. They warmed up chicken alone for my pasta then threw it top. Asked manager to have another one made. After waiting for another 30mins asked manager where’s my pasta, it was never made. He left my food out freezing cold by the time they got pasta right. Not one staff member had a uniform on, preparing food without gloves– disgusting/unsanitary. Tried ordering again this past weekend– don’t know why, still no luck in them having order ready on time yet alone making the food correct. BTW I ordered some wings got a mystery piece of something seems as if oil wasn’t cleaned in days– nasty. 3 days later still waiting for my refund. Not even that they know how to do right. Filthy filthy interior, bathroom smells like a porter potty, says a lot about what/where your getting to eat. Think again next time when ordering from this location, not the same. Not everyone can run a clean successful store ;p. I’m sorry to break the news to you(star is needed to post no deserved). Good luck!

This place is a 0. I tried to order for delivery and it took 3 people to spell out my street address(which is so easy). Additionally, when I told them I tried ordering online and I couldn’t, the person I was talking to said, «Are you sure you live in that address?» SERIOUSLY!!! I’ve lived in this address for 20 years. I’ve ordered from them in the past and when I odered the breadsticks, they always forget to add the cheese on top, so I really just got plain old bread. This Pizza Hut is horrendous. STAYAWAY!!!

I wish I can give 0 stars. Disgusting and poor service. I rather make my own pizza!!! The employees who work there are not friendly. Place is filthy with flies all over. I ordered the hot dog crust pizza online and set my pick up time to 9:15pm. Got there around 9:20, standing around waiting around for the employee to help me. Then it was my turn, told them I was there to pick up, so that’s when I paid. About 15 annoying minutes later, the stupid worker said they ran out of the hot dog pizza, and asked if I wanted a refund. Well of course I want my money back! Why would you charge me before you make my order? And why are you just making my order after 9:15??? The person’s name on the receipt is named shyquana. What an idiot. Never going back.

Expectedly, because of the horrendous reviews this Pizza Hut location received, I was hesitant to order. Whenever I order Pizza Hut(rare) I only do it for nostalgia’s sake –I remember when their stuffed crust pizza came out! I couldn’t resist so I decided to order tonight, yes, tonight. So this review is fresh out of the oven!(pizza pun to add to the theme –cheesy, I know. Hah!) I decided to pay in cash and simply place my order online, considering the terrible reviews, I wouldn’t be worried about losing money if I never received my order. I didn’t bother calling to check on the status, in fact, the only thing I had was the timer provided to you after you’ve placed an order online. So, as the timer gradually ran out and my order never received, I was beginning to think I, too, would be a victim of this locations’ deplorable service. I placed my order at 9:40PM on a SATURDAY, the timer on the Pizza Hut website ran out at 10:40~ish. I FINALLY received a call from this Pizza Hut location, a woman, telling me my order will be delivered in 10 minutes. A few moments later I received a phone call from a dubious fellow; he needed directions to my place(to be fair, my apartment complex is very difficult to find for any deliverer) so I stayed on the phone with him for a few good 5 – 7 minutes guiding him to my location. I spoke informally and we shared a few laughs. Money at hand, waiting outside of the door so the deliverer would be able to spot my location easily –the deliverer, seemingly shy but respectful, timidly stuttered my total cost. We exchanged money and goods at almost 12:00AM. The deliverer caught me off guard when he handed me a bag of beverages and said«I gave you a free 2-liter for being late, my apologies.» We exchanged smiles and I thanked him for the free beverage. My review is unexpectedly a ‘good’ experience. I did not experience terrible service but I concur with the rest of the reviewers that I DID experience an abnormally long wait for my order. I received my order at almost 12AM ! The deliverer was respectful and nice –I received a free beverage as apologies for his late delivery of my order. Overall? I would probably order again in the FAR future, but not anytime soon. Everyones’ experience is different so I can only speak for mine. If you’re not doing anything and you’re feeling nostalgic, cheap, and hungry –this can be one of your Plan C options. I was patient(very) and accepted that there might be a possibility my order would never be fulfilled. I paid in cash, so it was easier. As for the quality of the pizza? The pizza was warm(I live near this Pizza Hut location, a 10 – 15 minute walk) The Cinnamon Sticks I ordered were decent.

Ordered online, estimated delivery time was one hour. Kind of long for a Wednesday night, but okay. I called when it was 90 minutes late and the person who answered the phone said she would«check with the driver» even though she didn’t ask for my name or order. I called back 20 minutes later and got immediately put on hold. I stayed on the line just to see how long it would last… I was on hold for 15 minutes. It’s now 9:38 pm – I ordered the pizza at 7:22. Ridiculous. Now to make sure I didn’t get charged for it.

It’s Pizza Hut. We all know what it is, but what really sets this one apart is its one hour and forty five minute expected delivery time on your order, and their ability to actually be 30 minutes later than that.

I wish i could select less that 1 star. This place has the worst customer service ever. I placed and online order and it shows 3 hours to be delivered. I could make a pizza for myself in that time for gods sake. Then I call them to inquire about the order. First they do not pick up the phone at all. Then when they do pick up, they just leave the receiver down and not talk. Even though I can here them in the background. This all went for another half 20 such calls. At last when they finally picked up and talked, without even listening to me, the lady says your order is on your way and hangs up. This is not happening for the first time. It has happened before too. From now on, I’m not ordering from this place. The owner should really look into their staff behavior.

This place is garbage. I have no idea how they stay in business here. It’s not a sit in restaurant, they never have a driver for delivery so you can only do take out. The girl who took my order today had an attitude problem. After I placed an order on the phone she didn’t tell me they were out of stuffed crust pizza until I was there to pick up the food! She was completely unapologetic and shouldn’t be working in the service industry. The owner of this franchise really needs to take a look at the way he’s handling business out of this establishment. I’m never coming back here. For the lack of service, poor customer service with huge attitudes and being out of a common menu your known for, I’ll pass.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering a pizza for delivery. I love Pizza Hut’s Pan Pizza so I ordered one for delivery. They promised 45 minutes to deliver. I ended up calling after 1 hour and 20 minutes since no pizza arrived. Pizza was delivered after 1 hr and 35 minutes. Pizza was cold and I edible. I called to let the store know that the pizza was cold. The young lady who took the order put me on hold. Just the worst experience with any Pizza Hut store EVER! Order from this store at your own risk.

Placed an online order at 7:17pm for 7:32 pickup. Arrived at 7:38 to pick up my pizza however they never made my order. They didn’t say anything and just left me standing out the counter for a while. When the employee returned to the register 10 minutes later, I asked if my pizza was almost ready and she replied«it’s over there. «When finally receiving my pizza at 7:50, I asked if they forgot to put it in and started making it after I paid and I was given a blank stare and a «yeah.» When we arrived, a polite«sorry we forgot to put in your order, it’s going to be a few minutes why don’t you go ahead and grab a seat» would’ve been great, however this employee just left me waiting at the counter. I will never order from this location again.

Every now and then, I just want pizza from Pizza Hut. However, the service is just deplorable. I called ahead for pickup and was told 15 minutes for a large plain pizza and an order of plain breadsticks. I got there about 20 minutes after I called. Then, I waited an additional 30 minutes for my order to be ready. Many times the employees have an attitude and everything seems kind of grimy. From the counters to the floors… just not appealing. I would forgive if it was a one time thing but it’s been this way for years. I don’t think I can take it anymore.
