Terrible Customer Service, wouldn’t honor our free perks rewards coupon for a latte and it wasn’t even expired! Accused us of already using the coupon! Gave us an attitude!

This Dunkin is by far the best Dunkin in town. They make a mean iced coffee I’ll tell ya. It’s one of the few things I get here and 9 out of 10 times its perfection. The food is alright but it’s just kind of a gyp because of how little you get. My friend got a wake up wrap and it was the size of my pinky legit. But other than that the actual coffee and donuts is always on point.

Consistently messing up my orders. The only reason I’ve returned is because the location is convenient.

This location is just as bad as the rest of them. I used to love DD. Who doesn’t right?!? Well I think they need to go back to basics. Coffee and donuts. Now there is too many options and nothing is great anymore. Everything’s just eh.

Used to be my go to place for coffee and breakfast. Lately the new hires there leave much to be desired. Over the past 2 wks, I’ve had half my orders wrong. Once or twice in a blue moon is understandable, but this is ridiculous. I ordered a breakfast burrito and they gave me a oily gross soggy muffin. Not realizing that they put the wrong order in my bag since the receipt on the bag said bkfst burrito. I asked for ketchup. The girl gave me a dirty look and said eewe why. That’s when I realized THEY put the wrong order in my bag. I tried to return it for the correct order and the girl was nasty to me and said look we have a line here. Wtf! I put the bag in the drive through window a drove off. Why am I getting an attitude for their mistake? At least the other times my order was wrong the guys there corrected it. I’ve also had the incorrect amounts charges to my card which my credit companies took care of. Never going to this place again unless they start hiring competent professional people again.

Posted pictures of iced tea I purchased from this Dunkin Donuts… filled with garbage! Department of Health needs to pay them a serious visit. I wish I could give less than 1 star!!!

Your options for late night meals on Easton Ave. include, DD, McD, or the diner… choose wisely.
Get in there around the 3−5am hours when they’re setting up fresh doughnuts and you may find yourself receiving more doughnuts than your ordered for free as they just want to get ride of some of the older (but still quite delicious) pastries.

My go to Dunkin Donuts in the Somerset/​NB area. It is a drive thru and it is on busy Easton avenue on the way to and from most everything. The people were nice, got the drink order right many, many times, and the wait was minimal. That comination is great. It is one of two on Easton. This one is near the McDonald’s. Would definitely recommend and return to over and over. Love their coffee.

Easton Ave seems to function as the 5^th Ave of Somerset when it comes to a chain. For better prices goto Dunkin Donuts off Elizabeth Ave. Today I reluctantly went Easton Ave site because I was pressed for time. I told the store mgr. the iced tea is at least 40 cents higher than the other location. Also the location sucks for morning rush hour. While service is prompt and friendly getting in and out of the parking lot is a pain at that time of day.

The people working here are all very sweet and personable. Great service!
