White Horse Tree Care

We are a returning customer for White Horse Tree Care service. Just over two years ago I needed two trees removed. The price was good, the team on the ground were professional, the experience overall was a 4+ star at the least. Fast forward to last week, a tree broke a major limb and was hanging into the neighbors yard from at huge wind storm. My wife called White Horse and Kelley the owner was here the next day to survey the situation. The team showed up right on time, bright and early. We had two trees removed at a great price again. Everything was ground down and cleaned up all around and in my neighbor’s yard as well. I highly recommend their team.

Unreal!
FINALLY, Kelly, the owner of WHTC apparently came to my house yesterday (when I was not home) to take down the remainder of the tree that was left behind. Still, an 18 inch stump remains, for which we were initially charged for and paid to have removed as a part of the $ 1600 proposal.
The gash in our shed was «pounded out» and is less apparent than it previously was, however the bottom of the shed that connects to the foundation is now inside-​out, meaning that what is supposed to be on the outside of the shed to conceal the tracks is now on the inside, exposing the track frame.
What really irks me about this company is that after SEVERAL ignored phone calls, WEEKS of being lied to, WEEKS of waiting for resolution to this matter and having our property DAMAGED they had the nerve to put a promotional sign in my front yard to promote their company! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I wanted to (and may still) post my own sign to accompany theirs to let the public know the real story!
Truly a company that I would stray as far from using as possible!
