The smell of fresh waffles attracted us to this place. We had yummy ice cream and smoothies. Kids enjoyed their ice cream. They also sell the trolley tickets, very convenient.

Very cute little ice cream shop in the heart of Solvang. If you are visiting on Sunday make sure you get there early as they do close around 5p. You can order 1 tiny scoop or a larger double scooped cone. The flavors are pretty standard but there are a few that are intriguing. Once you have your ice cream there are plenty of lovely places to sit and enjoy the views.

This town looks like it came out of a movie. All these Dutch inspired building were pretty cool. Came down here, traveling down big sur, around 5ish and most of the stores were already closed. But this ice cream parlor was still open so the group decided to get some dessert before dinner. They have a variety of dessert: shakes, smoothies, ice cream, brownies, a whole bunch of choices. And, the prices are so-so but the staff was just great. Very friendly staff that recommended a couple of places to eat that were still open in this little town. I had the churro ice cream and it was surprisingly delightful. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area and getting your tourist on. Don’t forget to check-in and get 10% of your order!

Excellent ice cream and frapps. You walk in and the place smells of freshly made waffle cones. The lady was so very nice and all smiles. Try their newest flavor: whiskey!

Subpar ice cream. Limited selection and pricey. Mediocre customer service. Extra charge for using credit card. There are plenty other options around.

Yummy ice cream and home made waffle cones… gotta stop here. Picking up ice cream for dessert & back to the farm for a farm to dinner table!

The offer classic flavors and a few lesser known. I had the Lemon and Marion Berry and it was delicious. The folks who work here were pleasant — I couldn’t decide between the lemon and churro and the gal behind the counter offered a sample of each. In addition, I’m a sucker for survey tip jars. They had a cute coffee or tea tip jar survey. Vote with your dollars!

Yes! Try this place!!! We heard about it from their other business(The Little Mermaid restaurant). This ice cream is the real deal! Try the churro ice cream!!! I love it! Flavorful and deliciously cinnamony! The fudge was incredible! Try the orange & cream one! Mmmm I’m ready to go back just for this shop! The owners are amazing and totally sweet!!! I just want to hug them!!! Great spot! Great ice cream!!!

I don’t think I would have gotten ice cream here if I knew there were others around. The ice cream was sub-par, I guess they had pretty classic flavors, which isn’t really my thing… and their cone had fresh chocolate, which made it sticky when I accidentally got too close to it… and the scoop of ice cream that I got wasn’t even sent on the cone right and I had to save it from falling right off a few seconds after I bought it. Soooo, this parlor was not for me… but service was nice and the location is obviously cute!

This place makes their own waffle cones!!! The process was interesting to watch and as a result, the waffle cones tasted amaaazing. My only complaints are that the line is always long and the ice cream cones were pretty pricey.

Brazilian coffee Strawberry Summer fruit cobbler Hot day. Why is is that ice cream shops are always so hot inside? We ate our ice cream outside, but it was so hot, we pretty much gobbled it all quickly. It was melting faster than we could eat it. Also of note, some ice cream shops will stuff the cone with some ice cream too. This place does not. What you see sitting in top of the cone is it. Luckily we saw that and we were able to prevent the«one lick and the whole scoop plops on the ground» fiasco with our son. Whew!!!

Cute shop with friendly service! Homemade waffle cones make the cones special and add a great buttery crunch! All natural ice cream. Churros con leche is a must try. Real churro bits add a great texture! 10% off with a check in!

For some reason, I’ve gotten into the habit of going to ice cream shops… and ordering their fruit smoothies! So that’s what I got here, and the creamy fruity goodness hydrated my thirsty taste buds. This is a cute little shop with a girly, whimsical feel to it. The woman behind the counter was nice!

This place was stupendous! It’s somewhat hidden and not very big but please go find them! Have some ice cream and walk the streets of Solvang! Their Brazilian Coffee was amazing — the kid swiped that one from dad who ended up eating her boring chocolate chip — which was good but so boring! Kids, am i right? — and I had a berry lemon ice cream that was so refreshing and velvety smooth I went straight to heaven. I can’t remember what kid of berry it was as all I remember is having to share my ice cream with those other two who seemed to like it as well. Humph! I’m glad we found this place. Their ice cream is pretty great. Have a scoop and walk the town to work off the calories before you indulge in the other sinfully delicious fair available to you in this Danish little town.

Do come here! This is a prime example of the awesomeness of Unilocal. We were looking for a place to get an ice cream, so I pulled up the Unilocal app, and this place popped up. A great find! This is an old timey ice cream parlor, with good flavors, yummy waffle cones, and cute décor. There is a carousel horse in there! It’s tucked away in a cute little nook area of Solvang, so without Unilocal,it might be hard to find. The place smells delicious too. I got a chocolate chip ice cream in a waffle cone, and it was the best decision of the day. Yum!
