They advertise chair massages. Good luck getting one. I have been in four separate occasions and there was no one available, even though I saw at least two therapists doing nothing.

This massage studio is a simple streamlined place with a lovely vibe. The purpose here is to relax, be calm, and taken care of. I found the staff to be warm.
I recently enjoyed a most wonderful massage by Benva. I feel massage therapists who truly know the body and are truly comfortable offering an top grade massage are a rare find; Benva is that therapist.

I’d like to start off by saying that Lorena Lee is a very special person. Her delightful, caregiving nature, coupled with her grasp of sports medicine, Eastern medicine, and acupuncture make her a true gem. Not only does she have the ability to listen well, she exudes insight and wisdom well beyond her years.
Lorena’s acupuncture is a perfect and much needed supplement to my physical therapy. I highly recommend doing both together in order to activate muscles that need to respond properly while doing P.T. and to help limit chronic pain. Also, after two years of struggling with sleep, I am now starting to dream, again, and wake more refreshed.
Lorena’s keen touch and versatile acupuncture has been instrumental in improving my physical conditioning and overall well being. I highly recommend her.

Great place to get a deep tissue massage. affordable.

Lorien is an amazing masseuse with strong, intuitive hands. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the ambience is not very plush. But it’s a clean, roomy space that made me feel comfortable. And, like I said, the massage was aces, so, it’s all good!

This place is a little hard to find but worth the trip. It’s a cute little day spa. It’s very unassuming. It clean and organized and everyone there is helpful. You can tell these people love their jobs. I had a 90 minute massage with Tracy and it was over the top amazing. I was so relaxed I didn’t want it to end. I will definitely see her again. She does all modalities and also reiki. If I was in town longer I would go back for another session, it was that good. It was the perfect way to end my trip. This place is a gem. Give yourself extra time to get there and park. Their fees are also very reasonable.

It’s not a fancy ‘spa’ but they give great massages. The massages do vary a lot for each therapist, so when you book ask about the therapist’s style to make sure you get the massage you’re looking for.

I had a great pregnancy massage with Lorien. She was very knowledgeable about pregnancy, gave great labor prep suggestions and did an excellent massage to soothe my aching muscles. I wish I had found this place earlier in my pregnancy. I would have come weekly.

I’ve been going here for several years for full body massage and for chair massages when I’m tight on time but desperate for relief. I love Vitality!

I found Vitality and Lorena when I was in a «pinch» and just my luck that I stumbled onto an amazing therapist who balances Eastern Medicine with sports therapy. I have a demanding physical life and I’m adding to Lorena to my team for the long haul.
Just finished my first follow-​up session with Lorena. There’s a tremendous value to having someone who will actually listen to you carefully instead of someone who wants to spout off all the answers, quick to talk about there vast experience.
I can see how one might have to sift through a number of quacks and wanabees when in search of a good practitioner. I know they are out there. This is my first experience with sports therapy and I seem to be luck to have found «the one.»

I have been getting massage here for over 8 years and I highly recommend Vitality. 60 minute, 90 minute or a chair massage, all great. Everyone in our family has had good experiences here with a variety of the practitioners. Professional, kind, and very responsive ~ they know what they are doing, tailoring the massage to however you feel that day.

In an attempt to find a regular massage therapist nearby, I scheduled massages for my husband and myself. The reviews looked really good. The place was clean and the therapists were pleasant. The price was really great too. So the low score was the massages themselves. It was obvious that my therapist knew the body and she had great technique… Well, when she wanted to use it. I’m not sure if she was tired, maybe overworked but basically, I received a «lazy» massage. There was A LOT of the filler moves that therapists use to warm up the body before they work your muscles. And this was throughout the massage, not just at the begging and end. At one point, her hands just lightly sat over my ankles, then knees, hips, then shoulders. Litterally doing nothing. I guess she needed a ten minute break. I actually opened my eyes to look and see where she was/​what she was doing. I left feeling disappointed. I went to the lady in front and paid for both of our massages, I tipped a normal amount. I have a problem tipping even when people don’t desserve it. When I got outside, I asked my husband how his massage was. He actually mentioned the same thing. Maybe that’s just what is expected there. I was hoping To find a regular place but now I am even hesitant to waste my money trying to find a new therapist.

Great deep tissue massages for the price! This is a nice, hole in the wall spa. Low-key…not the type of place for fuzzy robes, slippers and mimosas, but a great value for treatments. The staff is attentive and personable… which is always a plus.
This is a spa I would surely recommend to those in the Solana Beach area!

Although my treatment was last thursday, I still feel energized and more vital from my acupuncture treatment with Lorena. She truly is an integrative practitioner that blended several modalities into our session. I came in just coming off a cold so I was pretty congested. I also had some mild pain in my left knee and my neck was pretty tight as well. In our assessment, which was extremely thorough (common for 1^st session) she determined my kidney chi was deficient which explained some dreams I had recently had where fear was present. Lorena also incorporated flash cupping, essential oils, and postural balancing into the treatment. I walked out feeling SO MUCH BETTER and the effects of my treatment still remain days later. I’ll be back in a few weeks for a tune up!

Excellent massage with Tracy. She listened to my request for a solid firm pressure without pain. The result was a perfect combination of muscle work and relaxation. The property is very basic, not a fancy spa by any means. The price is very fair… you are paying for good massage therapy, not the spa extras. I highly recommend Tracy and Vitality.

I just had the most amazing prenatal massage by Lorien. I would defiantly recommend her services she had just the right amount of pressure and I have never relaxed so much during a massage before! She also was very sweet and recommended some books and movies for me to watch regarding childbirth and pregnancy and gave me some tips for childbirth. I will defiantly be returning!

The staff was super friendly and not pushy at all, and the location was really great, seemed clean and well-​maintained.
The massage itself was meh. A small complaint — I am paying for a full hour, and I expect a full hour (looked at the clock, and it was like 55 minutes). Another minor detail that was working against Vitality was that I wasn’t handed a cup of water at the end of the massage. I was told that I should «drink lots of water today» and the massage therapist pointed to the water jug near the front door saying «help yourself.» It seems like a small (perhaps petty) thing, but seriously, if I am paying you $ 75 (yeah, this place is super pricey, too), you can greet me at the door with a cup of water.
Seems like lots of other people were really happy with their sessions, so I suggest if you want to try this place, you go with one of the well-​reviewed therapists, like Kim.

Great deep tissue massage from Lorena. I’m a massage therapist and have specific areas that I need worked on. She listened and did exactly as I asked. Perfect amount of pressure and great intuitive touch. I will be back for sure! Thank you I was way over do. As most therapist are we tend to give more than we receive.

Jeanette is a miracle worker. I can’t wait to go back for an hour of bliss!
