I found Thomas Sommer on Unilocal in November 2015 and was impressed with his ratings. We had a pretty big remodel job on our rental home that we wanted done before Christmas.
He did not disappoint! He got all of the work done (and more), on time and his personal attention to detail was fantastic. The work itself great and I always felt that Thomas was looking out for our budget. In fact, he calls frequently with ideas and concerns and allows the customer to make informed decisions.
Couldn’t be happier — Highly recommend Thomas Sommer.

With a 6-​month old and a 1.5 year old in tow, our major remodel promised to be as challenging as could be but Thomas and his crew worked so quickly, cleanly, and on target with budget that my fears were completely gone. Thank you guys!!!

We used Sommer Construction to re-​model the bottom floor of our house after a flood. They basically did everything from the ground up including beautiful tile work in all the bathrooms, all the plumbing/​custom building a fireplace from scratch new shutters all the paint work and new moulding it is beautiful. I would highly recommend this company they were on time, their work was impeccable, his tile guy was super creative and easy to work with and they all went above and beyond my expectations. We will be using Thomas and his team for any future renovations we have and will be calling him soon to re-​do our upstairs bathrooms !!:)

Thomas Sommer of Sommer Construction does an excellent job. Just completed a $ 120,000 addition/​remodel to our Carmel Valley home. Bid came in under all other bids and completed in much less time. Thomas had people on site every day, stayed on schedule, was immediately available in person for all questions and used excellent subs. I would highly recommend for all jobs.
