I was referred to Elvin by a good friend, who’s referred Elvin to mutual colleagues as well. I had initially called Elvin because my husband and I were interested in purchasing a new home. Long story short, we ended up refinancing our current condo instead.
This was my first refinance and I really wanted to understand what was going on and what the numbers meant — Elvin was always kind enough to walk me through all the details and explain exactly what each form was, and what each cost was for. He was always quick to answer emails and phone calls, and kept me up to date on the process of the refinance even without asking. He doesn’t work just normal business hours — he works the hours that his clients needs.
What was also great was the fact that he can do everything electronically — from loan application to the end, except for closing (where you need an actual notary). This just made the process faster but he still took the time to explain things to me — over the phone and in his office — when I needed him to.
What is also great is that Elvin doesn’t treat you as a one time customer. He will reach out to you if he thinks you should refinance due to current rates as well (he did so with a colleague of mine). This is great to know because I know that I won’t miss out on a great chance to refinance in the future.
