This place is extremely slow for such average pizza. No matter when you call pickup is at least 30 mins and delivery don’t even bother. When you do get your food it’s a 50⁄50 chance it’ll be hot. Save time and aggravation and order from somewhere else.

I don’t know why I keep coming here. Pizza is overpriced but good. They NEVER have slices ready, and they are soooo slow getting the food to you. I see people’s food sitting in the warmer waiting to be served. If you have to wait for slices then you’re better off ordering a small cheese because it’s the same price as two slices. I can’t remember the last time I was in and out of a papa Gino’s in under ten minutes.

I’ve been here quite often on my lunch break. I’m transferring to a new location and won’t be around anymore. Its always nice to get what you want, when to want it and how you like it made, especially when it comes with that smile from Cassandra!!!

I’m a relatively regular customer for delivery orders, and for the most part they are really good. However, I placed an order for delivery today, and was expecting the usual timely delivery. I am very specific in my instructions to call me upon arrival, so I can com down and get the food. However, about 15 minutes passed and I called the store to find out where my food is. At that time, they informed me they tried calling me «several times» to let me know my credit card didn’t go through. When I explained that I never received a call, the manager kept saying, «Well I tried calling you, I don’t know what to tell you.» When she asked what I wanted to do, I instructed her to try the card again. After a lengthy back and forth, I got nothing but a bad attitude from her. She begrudgingly offered to void the order and give the food to me for free, since I was the one that had to call to find out where my food was. I don’t understand how or why they feel entitled to treat their customers badly… I am going to think twice in the future about ordering from this restaurant again– nothing but nasty attitudes, inconsistent customer service, and– as of late– poor quality food.

This Papa Gino’s pizza is good. It’s thin crust, Italian style. Delivery, take out and eat in are all options here. Delivery for us today and our pizzas arrived fast, and nice and hot. I do wish they were a little less expensive.

Great food but they have to do something with the music they play. 5 out of 7 songs weren’t in English .also a strong odor from fishtails next door

Overpriced food. Messed up our pizza but did explain the problem for long wait. Gave use the messed up pizza on the house. Its hard to hate on a place when they give you free food

To quote the people that shared their similar gripe with us while exiting before us… there are«MAJOR efficiency issues». I’m timid to get into the manager’s mess-up because I’m still freaked out by how much he reminded me of the Child Catcher from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. I fear I’m going to see him in my window with a handful of lollipops. It was bad enough that I foresee a «For Sale or Lease» sign by the end of 2013.

I had never eaten here before today but have driven by it a lot. The inside is bigger than other locations. It’s also clean and pretty quiet. James, a manager, took my order. He was pleasant and smiled. Didn’t blink an eye when I requested bleu cheese. I ordered two slices and it was brought out to me! Pizza was cooked perfectly. I will come back!
