I have been coming to this office for over a year and the staff and doctors are great. They are
so helpful in scheduling my next appointment and working with my dental insurance. I would recommend this office to my friends and family

Sunrise Dental has been great. My wife and I have been going to this location since 2011 and we’ve never had any issues. Haven’t had any high pressure tactics like I’ve had with other Dental Offices, haven’t had any complicated insurance and/​or billings problems, and everyone is friendly. The nice lady at the front desk, Felicia, has been there since my very first visit, she knows us by name, schedules our appointments 6 months in advance for us, and she always makes sure that we get our ‘Free’ whitening kits. Yes, we get free teeth whitening kits every 6 months, as do all of their patients! Yes, I would recommend Sunrise Dental.
Unfortunately people like to complain, whine, etc… And then they start writing poor reviews, (like a few that I see about Sunrise, 3 one star reviews, wow) and that hurts local business (s), which is bad. When people are happy with a company, service, etc. written positive feedback is not so common. Strange I know! As a business owner myself I try to leave feedback (good or bad) for most local companies I do business with. What I’m saying is: 1) Go see for yourself; don’t dog it till you try it. 2) Consumers and Business’ need honest feedback, so if you have a good experience with a company talk/​write about it.

We have tried for years to find a dentist our children liked. The staff is friendly and very willing to answer questions. The work is done in a time efficient manner. They use state of the art equipment. We love it here and have finally found a family dentist.

DON’T EVEN CONSIDER SUNRISE DENTAL! — — 2010-​08-​17
My husband spent a lot of time getting my stepson set up for orthodontics at Sunrise Dental. The sign outside of Sunrise Dental says «$ 500 off ortho!»
After spending time, money and a handful of appointments on x-​rays, fillings and consults, we finally got the ortho appointments lined up. So far so good, right?
Two days before we were scheduled to go in for the last (preliminary) appointment for impressions, etc., we were told that they couldn’t help us any longer. The dentist doing the ortho won’t contact us and NO ONE would explain ANYTHING to us. Now they won’t even return our phone calls!
So now we are left without an orthodontist This is obviously extremely frustrating and extremely unprofessional. I am honestly shocked that they can get away with this.
Do NOT waste your time with Sunrise Dental.
We know A LOT of people in this community — and one of us work with youth in the area. Trust that we plan on informing the community how awful this place is.

BEWARE!!! This place tried to rip me off. Being lazy I decided to try Sunrise Dental instead of traveling to Arlington to go to my regular dentist. I thought, hey maybe this place will be good and I will have a dentist close to home. OH MAN, did I regret it! Ok so first, the ladies at reception ignore you and don’t even say hi. When it was my turn to go back the girl taking my xrays forgot to put on the protector bib thingy… i had to remind her! She was like «oopsie». The doctor measured my gums and said they were bad and that I’d need a deep cleaning and also that I had two cavities. I found all this weird because my gums rarely bleed and none of my teeth have been bothering me. I just wanted an exam and cleaning. Being suspicious I didn’t go back for my followup work. I went to my regular dentist with the xrays etc. My regular dentist couldn’t read the xrays because they were done incorrectly (done by miss «oopsie»). He was nice enough to take new ones for free. They then did my gums… um I was fine! Just needed a regular cleaning. Then… here is the kicker… NO CAVITIES! Sunshine is obviously a bit overzealous in their diagnosis and looking to make some easy cash off of unsuspecting patients. DON’T GO and when you have a good dentist just stick with them even if they are a ways down the road!
