First time in here. Not the friendliest place. Owners are cheap and you don’t get much for what you pay for. I have heard of paying by the scoop but this place charges by the scoop and size of scoop. I doubt I’ll be back.

Super disappointed with the professionalism of the staff at this shop. My husband and I are residents of Snohomish and love this town. We hope for nothing more than the small businesses here to thrive and grow. Upon walking in to this place for the first time to grab a scoop of ice cream after dinner, the man working noticed the pizza box of a local restaurant and the first thing he said to us was«so is the service at ****** as bad as I’ve heard it is?» And went on and on to bash the place based on what«other» people were telling him. We had actually had nothing but good experiences at this particular restaurant, so we were taken by surprised, and honestly quite appalled that another small business owner/employee would talk so harshly about another business in the same town, to a customer nonetheless. After getting a lousy, small scoop of ice cream, we decided we won’t be back to visit this place. Should have stuck with Top It.

Just not a fan of Snoho Scoop and Sweet Shoppe. They are super cheap with their servings, the medium is advertised as a cue ball size and the large a tennis ball size… pretty sure those are pretty close to the same size. Actually I looked it up because I became so curious. A cue ball is 2.25″ and a tennis ball 2.70″. Anyway, I once saw the owner turn away a family of seven 10 minutes before closing time, lame. He must not be that interested in staying in business.

Icecream was ok. The Asian lady was stingy and rude. I’ll never come back for her over priced scoop

We came here based on all the great reviews. Unilocal failed us this time. We read about the whiskey ice cream and the salted caramel. Nope, none of that. Just a bunch of odd flavors. I love Snoqualmie Ice Cream, but their scoops are so tiny for the price! I was shocked to hear that 3 «large» scoops was $ 13! We can get 2HUGE scoops(like, the size of a baby’s head) at a different store for $ 8. A large scoop here is a bit smaller than what you’d get at Baskin’ Robbins. My husband’s scoop just kind of fell into the bottom of his waffle cone. He had to eat the top of the cone to get to it. And speaking of the cones, they aren’t freshly made. Disappointing. I looked at the fudge on my way out and it was dried up and cracking. So, Snoqualmie ice cream is great, but just buy it at the grocery store, or drive the extra 10 miles and get it straight from the factory!

Came here on a sunny evening for ice cream. Watched a family stroll out with ice cream cones, went to the door and the owner shouted out«we’re closed». Apparently they’re in the business of making children cry rather than making money. An epic fail!

Going to add to the 5 star line up of reviews as well. Small family owned ice cream store right on the river. This is a small downtown area so parking can be difficult to find close up. Walking in you will be created with hard wood floors and counters. A nice skylit reflects perfectly down on the customer side of the counter where you will find an attractive selection of premium ice creams from a local maker available in bowls, cones and waffles. I personally had the Mountain Blackberry Revel in a waffle cone but was told it went very well in a shake(also available). My family enjoyed lemon drop, chocolate peanut butter and sherbet, all with rave reviews. They also have an assorted collection of candies about the store and what looked like delectable fudge(homemade) that I unfortunately did not get due to a habit of destroying my diet. All items are available to take home and the ice cream is available by the pint. The owners are what really push this over to the 5 star quality. Welcoming us warmly when we came in and keeping up conversation while we were there. They obviously take no small amount of joy in this quaint ice cream shoppe, which of course they should as they have done a stupendous job at it. Highly recommended. Note: Feel like completely destroying any diet? Pick up a pint of whiskey ice cream and then go down the street to Snohomish pie company for their apple crumb pie to combine at home.

This is by far the best ice cream I’ve had in a really, really long time. I can’t even recall when I’ve had ice cream this good. It’s such a cute little shop in the heart of downtown Snohomish. When you walk in, there are samples of chocolate and coffee and the nicest older woman works there. She’s so sweet — she reminds me of a nice grandmother who bakes her grandchildren cookies all the time. I split a scoop of caramel gingersnap ice cream with my Dad and my husband had the mint chocolate chip. There is such richness to the texture, the ice cream is creamy, sweet and everything it should be. Caramel gingersnap is such an unusual flavor but it’s genius. A subtle hint of ginger — just enough but not overpowering. Amazing. I’d drive to Snohomish just for this flavor although I heard that you can buy this in grocery stoers. I’ll have to check it out.

Love this little shop. Owners are very friendly and the Snoqualmie ice cream is awesome. I am in love with the salted caramel ice cream. I stop in every time I am in town. Places like this need to survive and flourish

Awesome addition to historic downtown snohomish! Has unique and tasty snoqualmie ice cream! And very friendly owners, I love going in and visiting with them. They also have amazing handmade fudge and other fun little treats.
