Stop looking for a plumber! This is the place to go. These guys are awesome! Professional, knowledgeable, considerate and accommodating. James was the professional who installed my water heater and he did an excellent job. He knows what he’s doing and he’s very personable. I’m sure everyone else who works for this company is as great as he is. They were very busy but managed to work me in quickly and get my hot water back on. And they are reasonably priced. You really can’t do better than Setzer Plumbing!

Our contractor who built our home used Setzer plumbing to install all the plumbing in our house which was done by the elder Mr. Setzer. His son apparently has taken over the business now. Well, we had a leaky faucet that is no longer in production but Mr. Setzer’s son said he had the part in stock (hot water valve stem) after we sent a picture of this by text message to his cell phone.
Well it has been over 2 months now and absolutely NO response after many voicemails, emails, and text messages. I would NEVER do business with a company with this terrible customer service.
