Anthony Nails

I would never believe that I would give Anthony Nails such a low rating, but here’s why. Yes, I agree that Anthony does a good job with nails and his wife does awesome pedicures. But here’s the caveat. Don’t ever let a family emergency happen the same day of an appointment. I had been going to Anthony’s for over six years. The first time I had to cancel an appointment was three hours prior to the appointment and due to my father-​in-​law being sent to the ICU at Harborview. This did not matter to Anthony. After my three hour in advance cancellation, Anthony told me I could no longer make appointments and that I would only be able to do «walk-​ins». Next, while I was getting a manicure, I asked if I could come in the next day at 10:00 for a pedicure. Anthony said, «Yes, but if you could try to come early that would be best.» I called on my way the next day to say that I couldn’t make it early for the appointment but could be there on time. Anthony said «No». Really? Because I couldn’t make it early, I wasn’t allowed to keep the appointment? The next three times I tried to schedule an appointment Anthony did not respond to my texts. Apparently, Anthony has enough customers so that he can alienate one that was dedicated for six years and one time had to cancel three hours ahead and another time couldn’t make it early for an appointment. If you plan to go there, just don’t ever have any life emergencies as Anthony will not accept you.

I do adore Anthony. He is a sweetheart and sings us Christmas songs in the middle of Summer but I cannot drive all the way to Snohomish for his nail services. :(I always feel just a little too rushed when I go in and several times appts overlapped and someone was left waiting which I do not think is fair. I wish he was in a closer location with a bigger salon and a few more nail technitions (sp?). I do recommend him if you are in the Snohomish area and don’t mind a wait. He is sweet and very personable with his customers and makes everyone feel right at home.

I have been going to Anthony’s for over 7 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Anthony and his wife Mai Lee are both unbelievably talented and hard working. I have requested some very detailed and at times challenging designs and I have been blown away every time they are finished with my nails! Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is fantastic! I would recommend Anthony’s salon over any other salon I’ve ever been to, they are A-​M-​A-​Zing!

No matter how many nail places I visit, I can never find anyone that compares to Anthony. He does an exceptional job on my nails every time; very precise and meticulous. Plus he has a great personality and really cares about pleasing his customers. Anthony and his wife MaiLee are just great people in general and I recommend this place over the dozens of other salons I have visited.
