I was given the number to this location after excellent service from Natalie at the Atlanta Hwy via phone after calling for an online promo code issue. She was so accommodating but I had unfortunately picked the wrong location for delivery. She gave me the number to this location & after calling I was HIGHLY disappointed. As a retail store manager I understand customer service & Danny told me from the get-go after«for delivery or to go» & I said«to go but I have a question» he told me «I don’t know how they do that. Their manager is here. They can’t do that» I asked him to ask & he told me — & I’m lightly paraphrasing — «I don’t know how they can honor an online deal but if they can stick to that» so I asked if I should«take my business elsewhere» when he got back to the phone after me asking him to ask the manager(that happened to be there from the Atlanta hwy location) Danny told me again what he had said previously. When I asked to speak to the manager he said was there(the manager of the location I have nothing bad to say about) he said«oh he is gone. He was walking out the door when I asked him» mhmmm. Convenient, irritating & if true then the manager of the Atlanta hwy location deserves a promotion.

Love these guys. They were super busy but had a great attitude and got my order out quickly. I just walked in. We needed wings on the way home from soccer and had to have our food now. The guys here were quick and easy and great to work with. They got me and my family fixed up perfectly. We even got wipes for the road. Thanks guys. See you next time. The wings were great too.

We ordered a few pizzas online this evening and arrived five minutes after the food was quoted to be ready… we then proceeded to wait approximately twenty minutes for our order. Once we got home, both pizzas were made incorrectly — missing toppings on one and the other was burnt so I decided to call and speak to a manager… he tells me that there’s a «worldwide shortage of pineapple» so it isn’t his fault… WTF??? I just purchased pineapple tidbits from Publix yesterday, after I heard his excuses he finally decided to give me a credit for my two pizzas. Where oh where is the customer service? No apologies, and arguing with the customers… wowsers
