The customer service here blows. They make it out to be a huge chore to look up store inventory. Out of dozens of employees, I’ve only encountered one person that happily helped me with a size request. The line is always so long. The cashiers lie to you to make their jobs faster and to avoid helping. I work in retail so I respect employees and do my best to be understanding but I just can’t anymore. I love there clothes so I shop online only, but frequently have to make returns and I absolutely HATE it!

This store always has what I’m looking for. I had poor service a couple times but my last visit was soooo great. The gal was really helpful and kind even though they were closing and I know she wanted to be closing the register!

Old Navy’s clothes are really getting cheap. We went in today searching for some long sleeve shirts and everything is super thin or over $ 40 for one plain shirt if it is semi-​nice. The pants were really over-​priced too for the type of material they were as well.

For the Fiancé, well, she likes Old Navy just fine as they have some cute clothes that fit her well enough along with some bitchin Bikinis (yes, she looks HOT in her newest one from them!). She likes their prices for the quality and selection, and this location has some friendly and helpful staff plus the place was very well organized and clean. A «5 star» for her!
For me, well, Old navy just doesn’t cut it as I find their «mens» styles to be too youngish (think Junior High School) and their prices to be too high! I have never had good luck with the fitting of their clothing line as well; mind you I am no chiseled Adonis nor am I out-​of-​shape for my age and body. A «1 star» for me!
OK, so Old Navy works well for her and not for me hence my «3star» in-​the-​middle rating.
Now, I will gladly stand back and watch the little lady strut-​her-​stuff and glow beautifully in her new attire while I drool.

I like old navy for the staples, tshirts, jeans, fleece, etc. They have great sales and nice employees. The lines to checkout can be rather long…
