Mattress Firm Snellville Pavillion

After purchasing a new bedroom set & mattress for our daughters bedroom who has gone off into the Air Force, we decided to upgrade out mattress since ours was over 8 yrs old. My wife & I went into a local store in Snellville were we were approached by a sales woman, Charlene Harper, we told her we were interested in new mattresses, she showed us the tempurpedic which our very pricey, we laid on them and tested the comfort and decided on one, we knew we needed new rails because the others weren’t in the best of shape, any who, Charlene put in the order, set the delivery date, installers came, took out old mattress, box spring, and rails, found out the rails were the wrong ones, the installers apologized, we called back and came into the store, this time the manager Alex got involved, he himself ordered the frame, set up delivery, installers show up yet again with the wrong size frame, we both are self employed so when we have to wait on a delivery, we have to take off. My wife calls and speaks to Alex, he says he will make it right, he comes out and checks to see what is needed and says he can fix it, he will do it himself, he shows up a few days later with an installer, and finds out the frame is the correct one but missing hardware, he says he has an engineering degree, its an easy fix, all of this taking apart and putting back together, he comes back and puts in some cross beams, but now the bed squeaks overtime you sit on it or move like its something from the 70’s, I had to tighten the bolts that he and his helper put in, we called in a complaint, they sent out a «FURNITURE TECH», Who arrived, I told him to sit on it and he put his hand on it and heard it squeaking, he said yes, we will take care of it, yesterday I get a call from Haverty’s saying there technician couldn’t find anything wrong with it, and to add insult to injury they send me an online survey. We will be paying off the account and never to return to this store, I try to keep my dollars in my community but this has been a bad experience from day one, If I could give them a lower rating I would. Alex & crew, you suck!
