There are very few times that I haven’t enjoyed a visit to Lens Crafters until this location — Now, I am 100% positive that it is because of the new doctor/manager. I went in last week to order contacts and to get some great new lenses. I had no problems with the staff or the salespeople. They were all genuine, polite, and made sure I was taken care of. The front desk girls were also attentive and made sure I was being given the best experience. The staff is really the only reason I gave this place 2 stars. The real hole in this business is the new doctor at this specific location. When it came time to deal with her she was just awful. She talked down to me and made me feel inadequate. After dealing with her I went back up to the front and let the nice girls know that when my lenses come in, Let me know when the doctor is not in or is in her break because that will be my last visit. She is mean and rude. Not to mention, the way she looks/talks at her employees leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I love LensCrafters but because of this new doctor, I will have to find a different location to take my business.

We walked in to see what different types of glasses this location has seeing as I’ve been having a hard time finding a pair of glasses for myself. The plaza it’s in has an odd mix of stores in it, and the parking sort of sucks… when we were there, 3 cars were just parks randomly in the middle of the parking spaces. Two employees greeted us as we walked in, but never said anything else while we browsed for a bit. The location was small and had a very tiny section for women’s glasses. Unfortunately this big huge hipster glasses phase everyone is going through is hindering my choice in glasses… that’s all Lenscrafter apparently carries now. No thanks!
