Excellent, patient, training on sharpening equipment. Quality beauty equipment. Has been very responsive to all questions and very well informed on all areas of sharpening and beauty equipment. Spent many years researching the right people and company to train myself and my family for our own business. This family owned company as been a very caring and responsive to all of our questions by phone, email and in person. Has been a very trying time starting a business as disabled veterans.
