Extremely disappointed after doing business for 20 yrs with Nanji. Tried to start a special project with AJ and he was very rude and unprofessional. His father is such a gentleman.

Barron’s has treated my family very well for many years now and has always provided the best customer service and incredible jewelry. Last December, I knew I was ready to propose to my girlfriend at the time and there was no question in my mind of where to buy the ring. I worked with Lesya to pick out the perfect engagement ring. I was new to this kind of thing, and she took her time explaining everything to look for and consider in a ring. I gave her a budget I was considering and she showed me the best possible options of exactly what I could get in that price range. She was extremely helpful and patient with me while I made that huge decision! I knew I wanted to get the ring setting in platinum, but the one I picked out was only available in white gold. Instead of having to pick out another, Lesya sent the white gold setting to the supplier in California so that they could use it as a mold to make me a brand new platinum one. She kept me updated throughout the process until I finally had the ring in hand. Needless to say, it was perfect! My fiancée thought so, too! We’ll definitely be going back to Barron’s to visit Lesya for our wedding bands, and for any other jewelry needs from now on!

I’ve been here several times & i’m actually surprised that I haven’t written a review before now. The staff has always been nice, attentive and on the money with there suggestions. I’ve also had quite a few things repaired at this shop. All in all when i’m in this area & looking for jewelry this is the place i’ll come to.

These guys are super. So many other stores sell enhanced diamonds (diamond fill imperfections with silicone) These guys sell the good stuff and back it up. Very unique pieces you wont find at other stores. Worth the drive from anywhere.

We had my wedding band custom made at Barrons 2 years ago. I took it back last week for its first cleaning and to have 2 of the diamonds tightened. They charged me $ 65 for this! After taking my engagement ring to Van Adams (2 doors down), they cleaned, redipped and tightened a diamond for $ 50. I also had Van Adams quote me for the same band I had made at Barrons (we want to add to the set), Van quoted me almost $ 2,000 LESS than Barrons. The original sales person I dealt with 2 years ago was great but the one this time, not so impressive. She would believe me that I have 2 diamonds loose. It is very annoying to have someone question you about your own ring.

We LOVE Barron’s Fine Jewelry! They are extremely helpful, don’t pressure you to buy, and only show you items within your price range. Alisa helped me find the perfect engagement ring! My fiancé and I went back and used them for his wedding band, and the engraving they did is gorgeous. All of their stones are certified conflict-​free! They help you find what you’re looking for, and if you don’t find it, they offer personalized designs! I HIGHLY recommend them and will continue using them for all our jewelry questions, concerns, and purchases.

Bought my wife a $ 300 Tissot watch for our 20^th wedding anniversary. Gave it to her at dinner and the battery was dead. Nice staff but after spending another $ 25 for a battery (and a lot of joking from our friends) I wouldn’t go back. Sorry

I wish I didnt have to write this. I bought a delicate diamond bracelet in for shortening. Charged $ 40 for taking half in.off. I have the identical bracelet and had another jeweler shorten that; no problem. The one barrons «fixed» fell off my wrist and is gone! I am out $ 540!
when soldering is done properly, chainsjust dont break. I wrote to them, no response! Repair was done improperly. I worked in antique jewelry for yrs and know how second rate, repairs can be done. I am really heartbroken! Beware!

Barron’s is the real deal. We have had several pieces of custom jewelry made here. A large solid gold family crest ring, a «new» wedding ring for my bride, a pendant made from several unused stones from old rings, etc. We have purchased stones for use in the rings, and used existing stones. They have the ability to produce a wax copy of the ring or other jewelry prior to making the piece in metal. The ring was done in platinum. They are very creative, able to translate your thoughts into something unique… This is more economical than you would expect.
They also are a great family owned jewelry store.
We have been doing business with Barron’s since the 1980’s and have always been pleased with their service, merchandise, repair work, etc.

I love Barron’s! I just recently got engaged and of course my ring came from Barron’s! My family has been shopping here for over 10 years so when my fiancé and I started talking about rings I knew where we would find my ring. I had an idea of something I liked but I wanted to incorporate vintage and traditional styles and some of the diamonds from my Mother and Grandmother’s wedding sets. They suggested we create something completely custom and let us be a part of the entire process from the sketch drawing to the casting! Such a neat experience :) My fiancé knew I really loved cushion and oval cut diamonds and said that the selection of quality loose stones exceeded all of his expectations and the knowledge of the sales staff made it so much easier and comfortable– they’re not pushy at all and made it such a fun experience for us both! My ring turned out amazing and the detail and craftsmanship that went into it is so unique and beautiful! I know we’ll be shopping for our wedding bands soon and they have customer’s for life! They’re a one stop shop and do everything onsite so check them out! Best jewelry store in Gwinnett!
