We spent 3 hours on the phone with a verizon customer service rep at Costco trying to get my Daughters phone upgraded early, I was going to pay the early termination and get her a new phone they did everything they could and promised everything costco was going to give us to get us out of costco and come to a verizon wireless corporate store, We asked for supervisors over and over and were denied, we finally came to this location and explained everything to them gave them the verizon rep’s name and employee number and Their best help was to call customer service and hand us the phone.

Went in to this store today to find out about fixing my phone’s charging port. MALCOLM went above and BEYOND to solve my problem, and his attitude was so incredibly positive. It was actually a pleasure dealing with him, and usually these kind of tasks are a drag. This is my first Unilocal review, and I just had to give credit to a great customer service person(they are so rare these days). I’m now impressed more with Verizon.

Came in to upgrade my phone just 30 minutes ago. Was told, «Great! Will have someone with you soon.» Well, «soon» turned into over 20 minutes of looking around and there were all of 3 customers being waited on by at least 5 employees. Seriously? What kind of crap service is this? Nobody came by to tell me how much longer, or «Be right with you»…NOTHING. So I walked out! Screw that place.

On my hunt to switch carriers, I popped into this store around 6:45PM tonight. I was instantly greeted by a Jarod who was very upbeat. He asked if I needed help and I told him that I wanted to look around first. He told me to ask him if I had any questions, which I did after I was finished. He wasn’t pushy or rude at all. Something that is a big turn off for me when I enter a store. So once I was done looking at phones, I went to Jarod to ask him a few questions about the plans offered. He was very knowledgeable about the services, and even showed me approximately how much my monthly bill would be. He was very patient while I asked questions and took his time making sure that I understood the services offered. At the end of my Q&A session(lol), he gave me his card and told me to call or text him if I had any further questions… which I immediately did when I got back to my car and realized that I had forgotten to ask hm something. I called him and he answered his phone promptly, which is a big plus in my eyes. He took the opportunity to give me the info I needed and was very kind. Should I choose to make the switch to Verizon, I will definitely patronize this store, simply because of the level of customer service that Jarod provided. If you need to go to this store, please ask for him! I’m sure he will be happy to serve your needs! Great job Jarod!!!

I have to agree with the other reviewer here — the staff at this store seemed bothered by me coming in to upgrade my phone, more interested in selling accessories to customers who walked in after me. They ultimately told me they won’t honor my upgrade, even though I had an email confirmation to pick it up ATTHEIRLOCATION. Bad service all around.

A colleague got a new phone and we popped into this shop to get this contacts moved from one device to the other. The technician was fast and efficient, juggling a couple of customers at the same time. Sales staff seemed friendly and on top of their game.
