The Wing Factory

This is by far my favorite wing spot! Whenever I’m home and just want really good takeout, I always go to wing factory for that. Their burgers are great too! This will always be one of my favorite places to eat!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE BETTER YET THIS LOCATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PISS POOR!!! My coworkers and I order wings every Friday from this place. Today was the worst service that I ever received. We ordered as usual however the employee on the phone hung up on me while I was still order resulting in a missing side salad (I wasn’t charged for). I asked the delivery driver to charge me for a side salad and bring it back. Well the person I spoke to on the phone .the rude one that hung up while i was still ordering the guy went off on me and told me that I was a liar about ordering the side salad and that I shouldn’t lie… when I know I asked for the side salad.
I explained that the call was a recorded conversation that proves he’s wrong and I’m correct. At that point he wouldn’t even let me talk and told me that I needed to F***ing listen to him.
I told him to keep the side salad and don’t worry about me or my company ordering from them!

I certainly wish I had pictures from our visit. I had having so much fun, I totally forgot!
We arrived around 8:00 on Saturday night, and our group (of 10) was pleased to find out that they had trivia! I had always wanted to try it, but never had before.
Trivia: The trivia was decent. I don’t really have much to compare it to, but the rules weren’t explained very well to our group, even after expressing to our host that we didn’t know what we were doing or what the rules were. Eventually, we figured it out (I think, there was drinking involved) and at halftime we were in 2^nd place! One downside is that we were seated in the furthest possible table from the host’s stand, and we had to keep getting up to take our answers up. Having to repeatedly get up while eating and drinking is a little annoying, but not enough to truly dampen the experience. There were a good amount of teams playing (probably about 15). So overall, it was a good time. Overall– ⁴⁄₅
Food: I had the buffalo wrap, but everyone else in my group ordered wings. My food was amazing, the wings were too from what I hear! The food was hot and very fresh. Big plus since they had a full house. Overall ⁵⁄₅
Service: Here’s where, unfortunately there were some issues. A beer on tap took 35 min to get out to our table, a house margarita 45. Overall the service was slow, and the waitresses seemed a little overwhelmed (not their fault, you could tell they were doing their best). Overall– ³⁄₅
Would I return? YEAH. I might become a regular. They have Angry Orchard (my fav) pitchers for $ 12. Cheapest I’ve seen around!

Awesome wings and buffalo shrimp! Both were fried perfectly (the shrimp weren’t over done) and they had just the right amount of sauce. Ate here for lunch today and the food was amazing. Great sauce flavor and excellent Cajun fries. We sat at the bar and received fast and super friendly service from Victoria! Well done Wing Factory!!!

My wing were not cooked they way I asked and I ordered a full order of potato skins (8), when I got home I only had two. I call to express my disappointment and the attitude I was met with was very disappointing. I will not go back to that establishment. This was the Smyrna branch.

Excellent wings always fresh and always super quick. Never dined in but the atmosphere seems real chill and laid back spot with a few tvs. Check them out.

I was not impressed with the wings nor the service. The bartender/​waitress didn’t put in my complete order so I had to wait several minutes. Furthermore, I requested water and a to go box which I never received. I had to request help from another waiter because the original waitress simply ignored me. I also noticed she hovered around the locations that was spending cash assuming she wanted maximize her tip. Also noticed there were multiple waiters and waitresses that were not busy and wondered why was the bartender working the tables with a full bar. Seems to be a bad management. Speaking of management, noticed the manager getting wasted (taking shots) with the customers and could barely speak without slurring. Quite a disappointing experience. I will continue going to $ 3 café near Buckhead. A bit far but definitely worth the drive.

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wings here. I had hot lemon pepper. Although they were a little salty, I can deal with that. I would have been much more disappointed had there not been enough seasoning or sauce. The wings were fried perfectly so there was no soggy or rubbery skin here. Typically I ask for extra crispy to ensure I don’t get undercooked wings. The house made chips were incredible. They were cut paper thin and fried perfectly as well. I actually asked for ranch flavored, but, received seasoned salt ones. Either way I was thoroughly impressed with them.
Our server was very attentive and helpful.
I see myself returning here in the near future.

Very mediocre place. Remember a few years back when McDonalds sold chicken wings? That’s what the wings here remind me of. Of course with a price tag closer to that of a Chillis. No thanks. I’d rather eat Zaxby’s for less money. If you want mediocre food, go next door to Carrabba’s. You’ll spend about the same money, and you’ll at least get a good chuckle out of seeing Mexicans cooking «authentic» Italian food.

Wings are pretty good but the drinks are very weak, if you go here you better be a beer drinker. If they had better drinks, this place would be 5 star.

Been here a few times. Good food, bar and televisions with sports available. The last time I went they had complimentary shots. Fried pickles and wings are my fav items on the menu.

Their wings are great, and they have speedy delivery.
Thought about taking off a Star just because their food is so good I order from them more often than I probably should, but that wouldn’t be fair!

WHAT A DIFFERENCE… Its a real pleasure to eat here now. The wait staff is wonderful. Michael and James are great. They are on top of everything. You never have to ask for anything. Kerry (the manager) and the oowner should be glad to have them on their wait staff
The. manager is super and very personable.
As for the food… its great. No more Chicken on Crack. The wings actually have chicken on them. Everything else is great. The potato skins are fantastic as well as their wraps.
If your not hungry you can always drink your dinner, they have great drink specials.

Everyone is pretty nice. Food comes out pretty fast. The have a trivial night. Lost of Tv’s for games. Lemon pepper wings are my go to food of choice.

The wings are fantastic, great beer specials, friendly staff and lots of tvs. They have veggie options instead of the usual fried-​only bar options, a good kids menu and kids eat free on Sundays. The kids burgers were really good (I tried a bite!). One knock: they could have a better draft beer selection–
Only one local brew and the rest were basic. We will go back.

Service is «ok» during lunch time.
Food is cooked fast.
Waitress are quick.
Drinks are measured, order a beer or feel unsatisfied with one drink.
Plenty of room to sit.
Over 10 TV screens.
Moderate amount of parking space.
Wing flavors are on «on point».
I like the open kitchen.
Reasonable prices.
Great music.

This place is a hidden favorite of mine. It is never too crowded but don’t let that fool you. These wings are the best in Smyrna. Yea I said it, the best in SMYRNA. They have over 20 different sauces too choose from. Most are familiar with a few originals. It’s a great spot for lunch or dinner or even meeting a few friends to watch the game. There are close to 20 flat screen TVs that line the restaurant. No matter the angle you’re sitting down you’ll still have the best seat in the house. No neck breaking over here.

Online Ordering and Delivery
I believe your product should be able to stand on it’s own. With that said, I ordered a burger from this location and it was horrible. I wanted my burger Medium Well, with no burnt or red meat. I put that information in the section for it. When I received my meal, my burger was burnted to a crisp. I called them back and complained. Another burger was delivered and it was red in almost half of the burger. I will not order from this location again. Please check your food. Food Quality is not practice here. #SouthernStyleFoodie

Alright, I was staying across the street from here while on a business trip. I decided I wanted wings and took a look at Unilocal.Wow, how convenient. So I wandered across the road and found found out it was 50 cent wing night. At this point I had concluded it was destiny.
The place reminds me of a BW3 in feel but better. It’s a medium size place with a lot of TV’s. They have a decent selection of higher end beer. More than I’ve seen at any other wing place personally. If it’s on tap it’s available in 22 ounce glasses.
So having finished my workout 30 minutes before crossing the street and being a glutton, I opted to order fried pickles and 10 wings to counter that healthness. Half in hot garlic, half in hot. First, the fired pickles. They were fantastic. The best I’ve had outside of New Orleans. And the ranch dressing, oh the ranch dressing. It is fantastic as well. The wings were very good. Crispy and cooked perfectly. The hot garlic was amazing. I only wish it was spicier. That is also true for the hot flavor which was tasty as well but if I end up back here it will be all hot garlic.
Service was prompt. The people were nice as was the staff. The place was clean and the food was good. What’s not to like?

Good wings, cheap drinks, fries are hit or miss. If they aren’t fresh and hot they are crap.
I’ve never seen this place packed, which is great when you want to get in, grub and be on your merry way.
