Loved it! Wear comfortable clothes. You go into a room with salt on the floor and walls and sit in a zero gravity chair and then just relax. Read a book or take a short nap. I could definitely tell a difference in my breathing.

Restful and relaxing. The gentleman who runs the location is friendly and made scheduling easy. As others say, bring a blanket and a book, or plan to close your eyes and snooze. I’d visit again.

room walls made of salt, soothing music and comfortable 6 reclining chairs. one little nuance is sound of the salt blower but not a big deal. good 1st experience. you get feet/show covers. i took off my shoes but you can leave them on.

Very nice staff and lovely quiet environment. No complaints. The young man working was very patient with me and my niece. He allowed us to move a bit slower because she is small. He didn’t rush us. The room is quiet. The chairs recline all the way back. And have pillows. Good soothing music. I have my hair net and footies. This is perfect nap time! But my niece wants to talk. Remember to wear a sweater. If you want to bring your own blanket you can. I’m cold natured. You can taste the salt. It’s thick but I can feel my chest clearing up. My niece doesn’t sound congested any more. I feel like I’m being forced to go to sleep. Lol. I love it! You will too! NOCOMPLAINTSATALL!!!

I went yesterday using a Groupon. I ended up buying a package of 6 sessions at a good rate after my session. It is super lean, very relaxing. They have blankets because as you relax, even on a warm day you begin to cool down. Music was very calming and I started to fall asleep. I enjoyed it and plan to go for a while to see the effects of the salt therapy on my allergies. I would recommend it highly.

I bought a voucher from livingsocial for one session of salt therapy($ 15). I recommend to bring: water, eye pillow(optional), ear plug(optional), head pillow(I use it to support my back), blanket(the room is a little cold), book/magazine(just in case you find it boring). Location: Right next to the intersection of I-75 with 285. Great location. Abundant parking. Facility: super clean, very well renovated. The therapy room is beautiful. The session lasts around 45min– 1 hour for adults and I was the only person there. I was sleeping most of the time. At the beginning, I was thinking to read a book I brought with me. But the light was dim and a fan that blows salt particles into the room is creating a pleasant and calming white noise, so I fell asleep pretty soon(plus the chair is reclinable). Actually I am really not quite sure about the real effect. Since I do not have any respiratory disease, and I was there only for relaxation. Also note that this place has adjusted its price downward, the price on their website is no longer up to date. The newest price is $ 30 for a single session. $ 75 for three sessions, $ 120 for 6 sessions, and $ 210 for 12 sessions. For children, each session costs $ 5, and all children must be accompanied by an adult.
