Papa John’s Pizza

This location is great, been ordering from it for years! I do pick up a lot and they always greet me and have my food ready. The parking kinda sucks on busy nights but oh well. I do get delivery from time to time and its usually there in 30 mins or less and always hot! Much better than Pizza Hut, that one on cobb pkwy is horrible and slow which is why I’m loyal to Papa Johns these days. Good guilty pleasure meal of the week!

This Papa’s is near my house, I always receive fast friendly service. Even if its delivery or pick up the service is the same.

Good: love papa johns pizza. And they make it delicious here.
Bad: service is lacking because they are understaffed and usually busy.
Conclusion: damn your garlic butter sauce and hot pizza. Because now I am forced to call you again next time I have a craving!

First time ordering here … I had a 50% off coupon and ordered on line for carry one. I never received a confirmation email letting me know that my order is ready… but I drove there anyway based on my 30 minute estimate. When I got there, the pizza box was just sitting there. Although the pizza is tolerable, it is definitely not the best I have had in Papa John’s. We ordered meat lovers and it was just not on point. The pizza was already a little hard, and somehow just did not taste like a Papa John’s pizza — and they threw in this ONE shriveled and dry piece of peperoncini on the corner of the box — really? for a Large pizza we get ONE tiny peperoncini?
This place is only less than 2 miles from where I live, and I will give this joint one last time to redeem themselves. If I am still not impressed, I know there are other places I can get my pizza from around here.

Food was fast!

Food was done and cooked to preference!
The delivery guy was courteous and even waited around while I checked out my order and make sure that it was the way I liked and wanted. Papa’s the best,

The pizza is always pretty good. What I like is the customer service. They deliver fairly fast. It does depend on when you order.
The other day I stopped by and ordered in person. The manager was very friendly and checked with me several times while I waited for my pizza. For a chain pizza this is very good.
