Absolute longest drive through ever! I have come here several times, and every time I end up calling while I’m sitting in line to find out what the issue because the wait is insane!

This is the worst Panda, no, worst restaurant I’ve ever tried to get food from. This restaurant is staffed by the rudest, most unprofessional, laziest people I’ve ever seen and experienced. I just moved here, I’ve tried to eat here 3 times. The first night, they kept there drive thru line backed all the way to the ordering menu from 8:40 until close. The next night, I went at 8:00, and they were already closing and putting food up. I tried to go again tonight, and again they are closing early and putting food up early and are completely out of some until their order comes in. The first night when j was in the drive thru, half their staff was sitting down or outside talking to people. You can tell they don’t give a crap about their job and they don’t care. And it’s obvious that the managers don’t care either or they would have their food ordered on time and never run out of any. I wouldn’t recommend this Panda to anyone. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. On the bright side, the Panda Express in Murfreesboro is wonderful and staffed by nice employee who actually keep food out until 9:30.

OK here is the thing — Drive thru«bad Idea«because it’s took forever. — sitting«ok «because sometime you have to clean table your self. — Staff«awesome friendly«if you go there enough for them to remember you they will take care of you really good even if you ask them to cook the fresh food they will do it for you. — waiting time«is up to how busy they are«don’t expectation it will be fast when they have rush hour. — price«cheap but not like Mcdonalds«surely you have to pay a little bit more money than Mcdonalds because they food batter food. Over all is an good place to eat if you don’t expect them to be high class restaurant, and it a good place to eat better than Mcdonalds

Meal budget was strained for the day, I had no choice. I didn’t have crazy high expectations, and I will say that the meat here is in NODANGER of being undercooked good god. They leave it on the heat until it’s nice and completely cooked dry haha. Sauce flavors were okay. Sides were not terrible, the brown rice was cooked right but the chow mein was a bit on the dry side. Fried shrimp were surprisingly good. Egg roll tasted questionable. Service was super friendly.

Quick and easy! Great location! Friendly staff! Great food! Only complaint is the fried rice and low mein noodles could be hotter.

Surprised to see all the bad reviews. We went for lunch on a Tuesday. The service was great and the food was hot. I love their mushroom chicken. My daughter is a fan of their chow mein and orange chicken. No problems and food was good.

We come here often but today’s was the WORST! They weren’t busy yet out of food. Waited over 20 mins for one of our plates to be brought to us an then when I asked about my 2nd entrée that I had already paid for they informed me that they had to defrost the CHICKEN an STRINGBEANS!!! Are you serious? They claim everything’s made fresh daily if that’s true then why do you have to defrost the chicken an string beans. I asked for a refund an once I proved to them that I ordered, they asked for my cc to the refund. She disappeared with my card for over 10 mins. I did not see her at either of the registers. They acted like it was a huge inconvenience. Only thing we got was a half ass apology a 10% off card for our next 5 visits as long as I get 2 entrees an a side. I don’t eat that much. Not sure if we even will come back to this location. There’s always a problem when we come here. We’ve giving this place lots an lots if chances

Oct. 26, 2013– My boyfriend got food poisoning from this location from the Shanghai beef. I called the store to let them know and the manager proceeded to inform me how it could not be food poisoning because of this and that. I explained I wasn’t calling to complain and just wanted to let them know so they could prevent other people from getting sick. I come on here to warn people of the poor customer service and it looks like other people have gotten sick too! Having worked in food service I can say this is extremely unacceptable. It’s obviously a reoccurring issue that is not being dealt with properly. I would give this store no stars except it won’t let me submit without having at least one star.

I usually enjoy Panda Express, but having ate here a number of times(I work in the area), I can only give it a 2 star rating. The staff are friendly somedays & other they seem like they’re pissed that you showed up to get food. I usually get the mushroom chicken and it’s always either the bottom of the barrel, or I have to wait 15 minutes for it to cook. I know they want to cook it fresh, but I feel they could come up with a better system so they could actually be FAST food.

I will never eat here again. After giving them several chances, calling the health department twice, and talking to the manager several times, I have officially given up on this place. If you talk to most people in the area, we all have about the same opinion. Eat here if you want food poisoning. I followed a cook out of the bathroom after he passed me while I was finishing washing my hands while he did not. I figured surely he would wash them on the line. Nope, he just went straight to a cooking station and went back to work. Talked to a manager who really didn’t do anything. Just let the guy keep cooking with his nasty hands. On another visit, right when they opened, I asked for white rice. The girl opened the rice cooker and discovered it was full but cold. She and another employee determined that it was the rice from the day before that was left out overnight. The second girl stuck her nose in the cooker, smelled the rice, and instructed the first employee to just turn it on. «It should be fine» she said. All of this happened less than 5 feet in front of me. I was in awe. I walked out and called the health department and their comments hotline. After that day, I will never so much as step foot on their property. I don’t know what it is about this one store. I have been to others with no problems. The Smyrna location is a death trap.

Okay, we went back in there, because whatever! We were hungry & you know how when you want Chinese, it’s like this weird craving… like being in a bar at midnight ad you desperately need food NOW? Except for let’s say, you’re sober. That’s what it was like. So we had a new menu item, it was a surf & turf steak & shrimp dealio on fried rice. That is my new favorite! Y’all should try it. I should’ve had it on veggies instead of rice, but I was being a massive fat-ass and eating carbs. Whatever. Deal with it. I wish they offered a STEAMED rice option. Also I wish they offered a Low Sodium soy sauce on the table, and had a liquor license and offered chinese beer. I need to Girl Up and hold out for P.F. Chang’s.(More Americanized Chinese food, but we are in an Asian food desert here, it’s Nashville dude. At least compared to L.A., where I used to live). Anyway, since my last«experience,» they have gotten themselves back together. They offered us sample after sample(the guy I was with is a Sample Slut) of food, it was crazy! I was like«I’m not with him. oh my goddd.» Also the counter lady was very nice, sweet, incredibly gracious. I saw the psycho from last time, but she smiled non-stop the whole time & was being really nice to people. Maybe that was a bad day before? The restaurant was cleaner(tables wiped) and they had everything in stock(cookies– don’t you be messing with my chocolate-chip cookies when I am on a carb upswing. I will CUT you). I also love the zero-calorie peach tea. It is so sweet I’m sure there must secretly be massive fat sugar bomb calories hidden in there, but no, I never gain weight from it. It’s like a Christmas miracle. Panda Express always makes me miss City Wok, which makes me miss this amazing sushi restaurant that I used to live by, which has since achieved an ACTUAL freaking 4-star Michelin rating; and I’m sure I could never afford it now. THAT place… I knew it was too good to be true. It was just getting off the ground, we were there when it opened, and they sushi masters would bring special tasting plates over because we were regulars. We were always like«How is this place not on Sunset Blvd. or Robertson?» The whole staff was super, super attentive back then, with not a lot of customers yet; and testing dishes on us every time we come in. Now I’m sure I couldn’t afford a meal there. It’s a beautiful, beautiful memory, though. They were so sweet and caring and nice. They would hover over you after every meal and then offer other tastings and bites and samples and quiz if you liked them. We were very lucky to try it. And the wine list! Ok. this has nothing to do with Panda Express. Fuck dude. Hai Kay is feeling nostalgic. Fulin’s is a good place here, too. Truly Authentic. Okay, Namaste, my darlings. Namaste.
