Nails Spa Salon

I will never spend another dollar at this nail shop, I been coming here for about 6 months. When I came in on Wednesday it was a few people getting pedicures, I advise the lady owner, I only wanted a gel refill and a polish change on my toes, due to the fact it was people waiting on pedicures and i had somewhere to be. Immediately the young lady begin my nails, once she was done it was someone available to do a pedicure, she asked would you like a pedicure now, someone is ready to do. So i said i guess!!! The older lady begin my feet, she was pulling unnecessary skin from around my toes and even made my big toe bleed. I got a snow white color, As she begin to polish my toes, I tried stopping her cause the polish on my toes looked bumpy, she didn’t understand, I had to ask one of the young girls to translate, ok so now she has to take off the polish off all 10 toes, now yet to remind you I was in a rush and didn’t want a pedicure. She go and get a different white polish, this timethe Polish was all on my skin, some toes wasn’t even polished on the sides, and at this point I’m getting upset. So here we go again, The young girl who did my nails, said I’ll polish your toes, give me a minute. She had to remove the polish off my toes and repaint again. This makes 3x. I asked the lady owner is my toes free or at least discounted, she rudely said no, I said why is that, she kept doing her client nails and wouldn’t look at me, the girl who was at the register started talking in Chinese to her, the girl said to me– next time don’t go to her. I’m like are you serious, so shes not even willing to take something off the pedicure being the lady cut my toe and I had to get my toes re-​polished 3x, she said no. I paid the girl and said I will never come back here again. Bad customer service, I dont recommend this nail place.

The owner of the salon, Steve, listened to me and did a terrific job adhering to my requests. The service was fast and I didn’t have to wait to be seated. The only thing I really didn’t like is how my nails were polished. I recieved an American manicure and it was not worth the extra $ 5 paid for it. They all look diifferent and are uneven. So I give Steve 4 stars and I give the polish 2 stars.

updated to say that my manicure lasted a week with cleaning, washing dishes and through several craft projects and my pedicure is just starting to show signs of wear and tear.
