Chick-fil-A

OMG! Talk about crowded; Geez louise! Got lots of dip selection – all are good and they don’t charge for additional dipping sauce. Good chicken though…

Chick-​fil-​A makes the best chicken sandwich among all the fast food restaurants. The Spicy Deluxe is heavenly paired with their waffle fries. The chicken nuggets are real pieces of chicken unlike the reconstructed garbage that McDonalds sells.
While the Chick-​fil-​A in Mt. Juliet /​Providence gets 5 stars, this location gets two knocked off for inconsistent service, a messy dining area, and trash in the parking lot. The two stores are equivalent in terms of location and customer volume so I have to conclude that the store is not as well-​managed.

Literally the best customer service out of any fast food restaurant. The play area is great when taking the little ones. Also it’s chicken so if course it’s good.

To quote Tim Hawkins — «Chick-​fil-​a, I could eat there seven times a day!» Absolutely outstanding customer service! The team at this store are a model for what customer service in food service is about. Great food and a fun atmosphere! Way to be consistent, Chick-​fil-​a team!

Fast food at its best. Great attentive service always consistent quality food. Love the diet lemon cream drink. Cleanliness always. Love this food.

I’m a sucker for Chick-​fil-​A. My poison is a number 3 (spicy chicken sandwich) value sized with a diet lemonade and 3 Polynesian sauces. I like to eat the Polynesian sauce on my fries and spicy chicken, DONT JUDGE ME!
That being said, this Chick-​fil-​A needs some work.
1. The employees here are mostly high school, that’s fine, but can they be trained to be nice without being rude? Or even smile when they ask for your payment? I cannot count the times I’ve pulled up to the drive thru window and had the total barked and me and a bag then thrown at my face. Sometimes I get a «have a blessed day» or whatever the corporate phrase they’re supposed to say it.
2. The chicken is made ahead of time, I get that. But can I get a heat lamp on a sandwich? Half the time my sandwich is just room temperature.
3. If I order a «value» size fry, can you please fill it up. I’ve never received a value fry that is full.
Lastly, on my last visit, the girl working the drive thru window (at 9:40pm on 10÷6÷14) picked up my bag and looked at the bottom because she felt it was wet on the bottom. She then put the bag back down and then handed it to me. I asked for napkins to alleviate the wetness of the bag. Talk about great service.

This is the slowest drive-​thru around. Friendly but very, very slow. I think they should address the issue. The food is on par with the other locations and I appreciate the early hours of operation.

mMm Spicy Chicken Biscuit

Don’t get surprised if you see there is a long line of cars at this location, the people who work there is just nice and friendly beyond the expectations. My daughter love to go their to have the kids meal and to play. I like the wifi it is fast and smooth, the restaurant’s bathroom is super clean all the time

This is a great Chick fil A. It’s newish, very clean, and staffed by good folks. Like other good locations, they take orders very quickly, so even if there is a line, it will be a quick one. Sure, you’ll wait a few minutes for your food, longer than, say, McDonalds. But the food you’ll get will be hot and prepared-​to-​order, so it’s worth a few minutes.

I love Chick-​fil-​a at anytime of the day. I should know better than to come at lunch time as all CFA seem to be busy. This place was no exception as I had to circle the parking lot for parking and eventually just waited for someone to leave.
Once I found parking and was inside, I didn’t have to wait to order our food and find seating. They do have a play area for kids. The staff was friendly as always.
