Lakeside Resort & Educational Complex

My family flew in to attend a wedding booked at this ‘resort’. We booked a cabin named ‘redbud’. It was supposed to have a «Hot Tub» which had very little water and wasn’t hot. When I complained to the weekend ‘manager’ — he said «well, that tub don’t get more than tepid warm anyways…» — he was much more suited to lawn maintenance than checking people in or handling problems.
Also, the ‘redbud’ is leaning so bad that you will find it hard to sleep because you need to lean the other direction to keep from falling out of bed!
It’s a beautiful lake and this facility could be so great but it’s obvious that the owners couldn’t care less about the level of service.
I emailed them to request a partial Refund or at least an apology — but I’m not sure they even read my repeated emails.
I doubt they will even care that I took the time to write this.
One more thing, my brother found a snake in his cabin and the manager thought it was funny and that’s just the way they roll there.
