I called to inquire if a particular procedure could be done and was told yes and I asked them about their urgent care hours. They acknowledged over the phone that they are urgent care. They told me the providers name and that the provider could do it and specifically checked with this particular provider. They also confirmed all the supplies were on hand. I drove 30 minutes to their office and suddenly while completing paperwork they decide the procedure is considered a primary office visit and they would not help me and want me to come back later. That’s like moving the goal post in the middle of a game. Quite the opposite information of what they advised over the phone. They do not do what they promise. I went to another urgent care company and got my needs met. This practice will waste your time!

We had a wonderful experience at Smithfield Urgent Care. They were open on Sunday, which was very convenient. The wait was minimal and we were seen by the doctor in about 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly and pleasant and the place is very clean and nice. An all around five star experience!
