The owner of this company is seriously irresponsible, unreliable, and does not believe in putting the customer first. He was hired to tile the baths, kitchen and entry of my home. 3 of the tiles are now loose (they have been down for 1 month, approx.), and he left a stain down 2/3’s of my driveway that needs to be professionally removed. he has refused to pay for this, so I have had to pursue the issue in small claims court. Originally he told the BBB that he was going to compensate me for renting a power washer but he was only going to pay for the cost of a 4 hour rental and this is going to be a whole day job. However, he did not send any $$ at all! He was a repeated no — show and did not call or email even though he was asked, «please let me know if he was going to be delayed, etc.» He refuses to work during normal business hours and left the job at my house to go do who knows what after he had taken out all the toilets in the house! Very poor business sense, I assure anyone that they can find a better tile guy.
