I give 5 stars not really for the establishment definitely NOT to the server Valerie but to the manager Keanise! She was WONDERFUL! Everything possible went wrong with our food. Cold beverages, stuff in our food, a server that seemed like she couldn’t care less about the quality she was serving us, etc. Keanise however came over reassured us she would fix it and she did! Thank you soo much!

Good hearty, quick breakfast. Service was quick and friendly and we were given to go cups for our coffee. Nothing spectacular, just a good breakfast.

I’ve usually found this Bob Evans to be great, but my last visit this past December was horrendous. We went in about 8:45 before seeing a late movie. The manager clearly had no control of the staff. Despite only maybe 5 tables being filled, we had to wait for a table to be cleaned off. The restaurant was filthy, food crumbs and crayons littered the floor around our table and others. I was told I couldn’t order the coffee drink I wanted because the machine is shut off at 9(would’ve been fine without the needless waiting) and the waitress was clearly inconvenienced by my husband ordering soup — she went out of her way to let us know she’d have to go «to the back» to get more. Staff walked around listening to their iPods and ignoring the manager, a man with glasses who seemed nice but frustrated. At one point he asked a girl to take care of something and she straight up refused. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough and I’ll never go back.

This was the first time I had been to Bob Evans in years. I ordered the Farmer’s Choice Breakfast. My pancakes were so fluffy and moist. It was pretty packed in there as always for a Sunday. But the service was fast and friendly. I was good and full at the end. So it served it’s purpose!

Potato chip Nacho was ok. Pot pie was good, but slimmy. Service could’ve been better, had to ask for napkins, refills… husband never received a refilled. The waiter didn’t even ask, she was too interested in talking with her co-workers instead. Our dirty dishes stayed on the table until we left. Service was good before, don’t know what happened.

Nice and friendly. Went there for dinner after long ride from NYC. Conveniently located of I95 near all lodging. Food was very good we had the pot roast and meatloaf. And the kids the grilled cheese with fries. I like that it was not greasy but it was very flavorful it was like home cooked. And the dessert was sooo gooood :) the coconut pie and the brownie, and I’ve had my share of great desserts but their brownie is topping my chart. Staff is friendly and very patient. My waiter Aaron was great and if back in town would definitely visit again. They also have pastries to go.

Over all 1 out of the 4 meals ordered were consumed. No one consumed the chicken sandwiches, my son and his friends ordered the chicken thinking chicken is «safe» and womp womp womp! None of the kids ate the chicken… however the fries for the most part saved the day! I ordered home fries, eggs and ham. Thankfully the boys found life on my plate and the small portions will hold them until we are done shopping.

Very friendly service, David was an awesome waiter! A very clean restaurant with average food, and amazing service. I would recommend the potroast sandwich, tender and flavorful on buttered sourdough bread.

I’ve been dining there for a long time. It all started when I had a part time job at the outlets. My husband met me for lunch one day and decided to go, we’ve been going there every since. I choose Bön Evan over other local competitors because there’s less of a wait time, the service is very friendly & I’ve never been disappointed with my meal. This is the key, regardless of peak times, there’s always someone coming around to the tables to make sure everything is a ok. That just doesn’t happen as often as it should. I just appreciate that. And appreciate them for making my belly happy.

Stopped while traveling. Not busy and had good service. My hamburger was excellent. Juicy, not overcooked. One kid had soup and a baked potato and loved it all. They have a large menu. Would stop here again when passing by.

Our server Amanda was amazing. Super friendly, attentive and willing to go the extra mile. My wife is allergic to carrots and Amanda removed all of the carrots from the pre-made salad before bringing it out to our table. The food was also very well made and prompt. The banana bread is especially good. The roasted chicken is amazing as well. The three course meal is a great value.

As a local, we love Bob Evans! Rarely do we have to wait to be seated. The food has always been good and they are so great with our 2 year old son. The Banana Bread is always wonderful and we really enjoy the Pumpkin Bread in the fall. There is one waitress we are not crazy about as she seems a little slow and often has to be asked to bring things to the table that should be brought with the food.

My family and I were headed back from Goldsboro to Raleigh on a Saturday night and the kids were getting restless, we tried to eat at Outback but the wait was 45 mintues, so we settled for Bob Evans. Great decision. The restaurant was mostly full but there was no wait, we were seated right away. Our server was very friendly and responsive, the manager checked on us once during dinner, and the food was great. I had one of their new Big Farm Burgers, the Smokehouse. Although it was cooked a little too well-done for my taste(no choice), it was still juicy and the Memphis spice-rubbed bacon was awesome! The side of sweet potato fries was pretty good too. The kids love the menus(lots of activities) and there are quite a few selections(including the breakfast ones), and tons of side options. I believe their health rating was 98(always a plus to have a good health rating). Overall, a great experience for a reasonable price!
