I popped into this store last night to purchase a screen protector. Desiree helped me out and was fantastic. Great customer service is a wonderful thing! Desiree was very nice & super helpful. I will definitely use this store as much as I can.

had a problem with my phone went in to see if I could get help– as I explained to employee when trying to call the 800 customer service number you get nowhere– well I got no where with this store told me to look in owners manual which I was told was on line. Brushed me off as they were more concerned selling new phones then actually helping those who had a phone already Poor Customer Service Will never return

BEST AT&T store I have EVER been too!!! These guys were more than helpful, they saved my life (well, not really but I like to say so!). Typically when people go to a phone store the people there are unhelpful and not that nice — well, this of the opposite for these guys!
