Starbucks

Quick service, perfect coffee with a smile but they forgot my whip :-(… or it would have been 5 stars.

Full disclosure, I am a former partner trained out of state who moved back home and picked up a job here while waiting on a position in my field. I intended to keep this job for a while as I always had so much fun working at my previous location out of state. Let’s just say the standards here are not what I am accustomed to, and I cut my Starbucks employment short. As a customer they have not lived up to expectations. There are recipes that should be followed for the drinks to taste right, and they are not. You’d think since they know me they would at least follow the recipe for me since I know the difference and expect my drink to taste like it’s supposed to. Well that doesn’t happen often, the drinks are poorly crafted, the drive through design is horrible and heaven help you if you’re in a hurry. I have been frustrated by the sight of partners moseying about their job while the line continued to build, and the supervisor in charge disappearing into the back to do things that may be necessary, but should never trump customer service. I try to go to other stores whenever possible.

By far the worst Starbucks in the Slidell area. Poor, slow service, no greeting when you enter, and unkempt. I’ve given them roughly ten chances but now I give up. The time spent waiting will be used to travel to a swifter, cleaner location in the area.

Love the Frappuccinos!

The staff was especially friendly. They had ample outdoor seating. They did a great job of accommodating a pretty large group I was in.

I actually liked the way this place looks! New and refreshing however I just witness my drink made incorrectly. I asked for ½ caffeinated frappuccino. She measured milk into the pitcher directly and added all the stuff then realized I asked for it half caffeinated… pulled the shots into the the cup and dumped it in the already prepped pitcher. Very disappointed. Tastes really milky. I don’t have time to go back and get it corrected. I just won’t be back.

One of my favorite starbucks locations. I usually use the drive through. The actual lay out isn’t too well planned out but the employees are always really friendly, courteous and efficient.

This place is very nice! The drive through line is kind of tricky but that’s ok! It’s your typical Starbucks. Full menu now! Whoop whoop.
Fast and friendly service! They have a small outdoor patio and small parking lot for the building. Just wish it was a little bigger. And now I know to order a iced caramel with a splash of coffee because they don’t put nearly enough caramel in the coffee.

Just what you expect from a Starbuck! Friendly employees and delicious drinks

Great attitude and service. Such a nice place as well. They made me feel very comfortable. Usually most Starbucks locations feel unwelcoming, not this one though.
