I wanted to take some time to share what a great experience I had at your store. I came to y’all because I thought I had bed bugs in my home! Clint was at the store when I got there. He gave me a very friendly greeting and when I explained to him my potential problem, he started asking me questions to help narrow down how the bugs could have gotten in my home. Only after we came to a probable cause (to make sure we were on the right track) did he very thoroughly start explaining and educating me on the bed bugs, the products it would take to eliminate them, and exactly how to use them (in layman’s terms!).
I have never been to your store before, but one of the reasons I chose Pest Solutions over a big box store (non-​specialists) was because I knew you would know what you’re talking about. I knew I would find someone like Clint who would care to share his knowledge about what I was experiencing. Except, Clint exceeded that. I felt like he really truly cared about helping me control my problem and teaching me how to use the products I was going to purchase so they would work best for me. I left the store that day confident in everything Clint told me. I had no doubt that I could fix my problem.
Of course, I have never seen a bed bug, so I truly had no idea if the bugs I found and the bites I had were from a bed bug. I told Clint this and he said if I found another one, to bring it by the store and he would look at it and tell me what it was. Normally, I would probably never return to a store to do something like this. But Clint was so sincere and knowledgeable that I was hoping I would find another one so I could show him! Sure enough, that evening I did, and the next day after work brought it to your store to show Clint. He put me at ease telling me it WAS NOT a bed bug, praise God! And he graciously helped me return one of the products I had not used.
To be honest, I wouldn’t have expected someone to be honest with me about the bug. I would have thought that after spending all the money I did, the associate would have lied to me to a. keep me from returning the products or b. sell me more services I didn’t need. But Clint gained my trust, and as a consumer, I just can’t tell you how happy I am. We need more «Clint’s» in this world.

P.S even though I don’t have bed bugs, the products Clint introduced me to killed whatever was biting me and I haven’t been bitten since! :)
