I really enjoy most of the craft stores in Slidell, but this one is the most poorly managed. If you need fabric cut, you must shake a cowbell to get help and after five minutes an employee will come wandering over as if they could care less about helping you. Then you must shake another cowbell near the register to get an employee to come over and use the register. It seems customer service is just not their priority. They offer a great fabric selection, lots of beads for jewelry making, but I avoid this store many times because I just don’t feel like obnoxiously ringing a cowbell for everything!
