Nice selection of shoes, but staff is very disinterested and seems to care less. In fact they have an attitude. They lost my business, I was ready to buy at least 3 pairs of shoes but after one disinterested salesperson too busy talking with a friend instead of helping me, in fact all salespersons were busy talking about personal stuff, they just didn’t care about their customers. It was fun time for them at work. We were a distraction. Won’t be back, would rather go to Nordstrom where salespeople take an interest and are more knowledgable. Other shoe stores ask questions about a customers needs and not ignore a customer while they all chit chat. The salesperson didn’t even ask me questions about the shoe, how it fit, etc. tell me anything about it, The sales person just handed me the shoe and began to socialize again. The salesperson didn’t even see if the shoe fit correctly, so I was unsure if it was the right fit. If I’m spending hundreds of dollars on shoes, I need a salesperson who is knowledgeable and gives me 100% of their time. Not 10% and 90% with friends and coworkers talking. I couldn’t see giving this store my money. The reason I’m giving two stars is that the store is nicely laid out and good selection. I hope management reads this and realizes he lost a lot of business.

Both salespeople were extremely knowledgeable and friendly — and there was no pressure. Great selection with a nice assortment of shoes on sale. Did a free foot scan and even emailed it to me. Awesome store.
