Called Vijay to see if he does immigration law — he doesn’t. Still, he took 5 minutes on the phone with me pointing me in the right direction.
Just from that interaction I am here recommending him.

Too often it is said that lawyers are only there to take your money and screw you over.
Vijay Sharma shatters that misconception. Vijay has represented me on two cases in the past year. During the court proceedings everything was explained to me every step of the way. Questions were answered immediately, by either call, text or email most times within minutes of being asked. All court documents were scanned and emailed to me for me convenience. The entire process could have been a nightmare if not for Vijay guiding me along the way.
Vijay is not your regular lawyer, he is a whole package. He will curse when upset, display emotion where emotion is due, and treat you like a human being, not just a client. I plan on having vijay represent me for the foreseeable future.

My husband and I hired Vijay on 4÷17÷13. He promptly called us back and explained the entire process to us in full detail. He spent almost 2 hours with us, which is something no other lawyer would have done. He kept us informed throughout the entire court proceeding. Emails were prompt! His payment options were amazing and he took into consideration that we still had to live and worked with us. He was professional at all times. He would call to check on us to see if there was anything my husband didn’t understand and was always sympathetic to our needs. He is by far one of THE BEST lawyers we have ever come across. I would highly recommend him (and have) to anyone looking for someone caring and understanding to their individual needs.

I would give hIm 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me. I would absolutely NOT recommend Vijay Sharma to represent you in ANY case. He was very unprofessional, used foul language, never returned emails, AND on the day before he was supposed to represent me in court, he decided to maybe think about the ourcome of how the case was going to turn out and play his lawyer role. He is too busy to take on cases and then makes you feel like you are a waste of his time. He decided to tell me he doesn’t have to take all cases brought to his attention and say that he wasn’t going to represent me the day before my hearing.
I asked him multiple times how to pay for his services, and not once did he provide me with an invoice. He proceeded to say I sent you a paypal request which was 100% FALSE. At one point, he even said I would be pissed if I were you for me not calling you to follow up. He completely made it clear that it is ALL about the money. He doesn’t truly care about helping you out. He is a scam and for that it is his loou ass! He lost out on easy bucks!
I say this in absolute concern of everyone. When you seek out professional legal services, you don’t want to work with a pig. How can you live with yourself knowing that you are comfortable with leading a client on and dropping them at the last possible second.
I can tell you this — word of mouth can be the best and WORST advertising. You best believe your friend who referred me WON’T be referring you ever again. You better hope he didn’t help give you a lot of service.

Talking with Vijay was very pleasant and he happens to be a very genuine Lawyer. I spoke with on the phone on 12÷6÷12 regarding a small speeding ticket and he explained to me all the details and actually listened to my needs. I would highly recommend using him as your defense lawyer for any sort of trouble you get in because he really cares. Great work Vijay
