Awful customer service!!! My daughter received a $ 5 – 10 hat and a pair of mittens for xmas this year from a relative. She already has a ton of hats and mittens, so we wanted to exchange it for something else in the store. The manager told us that their policy is to only exchange for the same item in a different size if no receipt is present. She would not budge no matter what and told us to call customer service if we have a problem. Um… and what are you there for Mrs. Manager? You should be all the customer service that needs to be there. REALLY!!! you’re gonna piss off a customer over a $ 5 exchange??? I really doubt we’ll ever be back to shop with this company again. There are plenty of other kids clothing stores around, within an arm’s reach practically…

Update from former review: Can you even believe it?! I’m actually writing to tell you that I popped in here on a Sunday… it was a sale day… and their sales team bent over backwards to find me the size of pants I needed for my boys. Ummm… hello! They actually went in the back and checked stock — twice and brought out several options in the sizes I needed. Do you think they read my last review? I just wanted to tell you that I’m starting to restore my faith in this particular location. Thank you for pulling it together at your store, because I’ve been really unhappy with the customer service and you managed to take a super frustrated mom with twins and win her over again. I’ll be back… and not just because there’s a sale. Because you managed to win me over :-)

Love the styles for my boys… scored some shoes for $ 4.99 and then got discount for checking in??? How great is that!!!
