The food is typical Subway food so I am not reviewing that. It is a 24⁄7 store, but the employees look like they work 24⁄7. The store also looks nice and new from the outside. I went to get a sandwich last week, and it was obvious the employees were not listening to our order. My husband asked for barbecue sauce on his sandwich after I got my sauce. The person making his sandwich poured all over mine. Instead of making a new sandwich, he just scraped it off and added a ton extra of the sauce I requested. My healthy sandwich ended up drowning in Chipotle Southwestern sauce. We might come here again, but they better up their game.

WOW talk about penny pinching. I’m all for being careful and saving money, but this Subway takes the cake. They are so light on toppings requested, it’s ridiculous. You have to ask for double veggies just to get the normal amount. When you ask for toppings, they carefully place TWO of each vegetable on a 6 inch sandwich. no more. you have to beg them to put more on — which they will do — but with a surly grumpy attitude like you asked them to move a sofa!

Their food is good, what you would expect from a subway. Nothing to blow you away but good overall. I don’t like to write bad reviews and don’t base my posts solely on one visit but If I do I will say so. But I’ve been to this location now three times(because of distance) but I don’t think I can return. From the outside it always seems very messy(their trash is in a shed that looks like its going to blow away one day). Their food seems good and fresh so no issues there. Their service is horrible! I’ve really given them multiple chances but just fall so short. I noticed the first few times it was younger workers there that I ordered from but the last time it had to have been a father of the younger worker or some relation from what I can tell. But anywho, wow does the poor service really come from everyone that works there. From the body language alone it was horrible, and just huffing and puffing all the way through. I gave my order and had to remind him at practically every point. But my fiancé gave her order and asked for guacamole last since she likes it on top and not like a spread. He through up his hands and dropped the spices he had because he had to move back in the line. He tried to play it off but that was it, I had enough. In retrospect I should’ve just walked out then but I was going to eat in and quickly changed our mind from this. It’d be a shame if I didn’t atleast help and try and warn people to avoid this location.

This place is my favorite Subway around. The employees are familiar to me(the same people) and are very nice and friendly whenever I come in, as if they remember me. Also, the employees are generous with the veggies on the sandwiches they make; always a perk! I love the music they play, as well. Just a nice Subway overall!

I like the fact that it’s 24 hours and its really close to me so if you need something somewhat healthy late at night as an alternative to steak n shake or white castle, this is a good place to stop at. Its also conveniently located near the Skokie Swift and right off the Edens expressway.

The black guy that took my order was very rude. Had to repeat everything twice for the guy as if he had a hearing problem. He was very arrogant and acted as though he was the customer. Too bad I don’t live in the area, I certainly would have put in time and effort to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

It’s Monday night, went to subway to grab something ro eat. When I walked in noticed that the temperature was nice and warm, they also had some music. The place was clean, good lights overall a neat place. The service was fast, I wanted a 6″ honey bread. Unfortunately they were out of that bread, the server told me to pick something else, would’ve been nice if instead she would say something like«I apologize for the inconvenience but we ran out of honey bread, we have …» I ordered a veggie sandwich with extra cheese, was nice from her to remind me was an additional fee for the extra cheese, so I wasn’t surprised when the bill came. After all I. could qualify the service as good. The total was a little more than $ 6 a reasonable price for a sandwich and drink. But I think subway should have a vegetarian option like mushroom, say protein or just extra cheese for the same price since I’m not having any meat in the sandwich. A big group of ppl of my school was eating there so we stayed at subway for about an hour chatting. I noticed they have a sign that offer personal pizza, I told the cashier before leave oh didn’t know u guys sell pizza. How’s the pizza here? She said its ok! That answer didn’t sell me the idea to try the pizza next time

I know what you are thinking it’s subway what did you think you were getting. As far as subways go this is the worst one I have ever been to. I order my sandwich and as he started to make the wrong thing I said no thats not what I order he told me I was wrong and this is what I said he did that several times making the darn sandwich. I had some time to kill that day and was eating there, the guy started sweeping the floor right by me there was dirt in the air while I was eating! He was very rude. I won’t go back to that one ever again.

I work across the street from this place, and if it were not for the great sandwich ‘artists’, I am sure I would have found somewhere else to eat almost every single day. The lunch crew who are usually working here on weekdays are fast, friendly, and very efficient in handling the long lines. The don’t waist time with unnecessary chit chat, but always work with a smile and get your sandwich just the way you ask for it. Of the 50+ times I have eaten here, I have only had stale bread maybe once or twice.
