A few months ago I’d have given you a 5-star review. My fiancé and I always came to you when we needed a good jeweler. Unfortunately, when he passed away you refused to honor the gift card he’d purchased from you in good faith some months earlier because I couldn’t find it. You even acknowledged your record of him having this transferable credit with you but said you couldn’t do it without«the number» on the card… really? Thankfully, I finally found it and gave it to one of his daughters to use for her girls, which is what he intended. I will always treasure the«eternal engagement» double diamond ring we had you make for us a few months before my fiancé passed away. In spite of that, I will be looking for another jeweler to complete the other pieces we discussed as I cannot bring myself to spend another dollar at your store. No matter how good a business is, the owner should never forget that good customer service is more important.

I was so very disappointed in the way I was treated. I had been a customer a few times. I always found the atmosphere a little creepy like they were being dishonest. They constantly ask very personal questions as I would try to ask them about a watch repair or buying a siver chain. I understood that they were building a profile on me in their data base. But all I want is to buy a chain. Not to give you my name, my wifes name, our anniversary, my birthday, my wifes birthday, my address, my work phone, my home phone, my cell phone, my email address, do I own my home or rent… But today was a real peach and the final straw. A few years back I had a repair done to a watch band. It is gold and to extend it to make it longer cost $ 150 dollars. I just walked into their shop, wanting the same job done again to make it a bit longer, and this sales lady, I think she was one of the owners, quoted me $ 225. Thats 1⁄3 more for the same job just a couple of years back! She said its the price of gold. But the price of gold has gone down then! Im a repeat customer. Why would you treat me shoddy? I kept talking to her giving her the chance to come down to a reasonable price, but I said no and left. Ill look for other jewelers who are not as creepy, dont insist on asking 100 personal questions every time I come in and dont up charge me 1⁄3 extra for the same job for no reason. Not very classy people!

We as a family have been customers of Sandberg Jewelers for years, back to their Six Corners days. The store is beautiful and the variety and quality of jewelry covers any possible need. The boyfriend, er, now fiancé, got my engagement ring here and we’re in line to get our wedding rings there, too. I understand some of the others’ frustration around communication, but I keep in mind that this is an art, not a science, and the final product is of such high quality that ultimately I can’t complain.

I have been using Sandberg Jewelers for years and they have never disappointed with the quality of the product or the service I’ve received. Just recently I took in my mother in laws ring that needed new prawns and was missing a diamond. She had given up on the ring and I thought it would be a nice Mother’s Day gift. I have to tell you the ring was beautiful and I got some major brownie points. One good turn deserves another, my wife had a ring the needed to be cleaned and sized so I snuck it out of her box and had them fix that for her birthday recently, my wife has not kissed me like that since we got married lol. Trust me when I tell you that they know the business and will do everything in their power to make you a life long customer like me.

Friendly staff and a huge selection of jewelry, ranging from the trendy but affordable Pandora beads to antique pieces to high-end stuff that costs more than I make in a year. Used to be a cozy shop, but they expanded into the adjoining space and now have a huge showroom. I’d recommend asking for Alicia or Britney. They’re always pleasant and professional whenever I see them, and they’ve been there for years and years, so I reckon they’re pretty knowledgeable about jewelry stuff. They can help a clueless dude like me pick out some beautiful jewelry for my wife or my sister, without totally breaking the bank.

I’m not sure how many stars I should give so two it is. My marriage ended — ok… Why is that important? Because we tried to sell back that awesome ring in the picture — you know, the one I paid over $ 4000 for. Well anyway, they had given us a certificate of value or whatever saying it was worth the 4 grand and change, but they only offered us $ 700 to buy it back. Maybe this is standard procedure for any Jeweler or maybe this place sucks. Either way, they lose their 5 stars. P. S. I’m single now ladies, who wants to go have a drink?

I had a very good experience here. I am not a big fine jewelry person. However, I have a wedding ring that needed to be sized. Due to the material(stainless steel), it can’t be sized. I needed one of those metal ring guards so it would fit better. I was in the area and brought it here. The staff was very nice and did it quickly. I did peak around a little and it is a very nice store. They have some really pretty stuff. I’m more of a costume jewelry kinda girl, but if I ever need something a little more fancy, I would definitely stop in and check it out!

They really wasted my time. I called to make sure a ring setting was there(I had looked at it at Sandberg previously), and they told me that it was so I made an appointment with them for that evening. I drove all the way up there from Chicago to find out that the lady I talked to really knew nothing about the jewelry that I had called about. She couldn’t even find the setting online and I had to show her on my phone. She then told me that they didn’t have it and would charge me a $ 50 non-refundable fee to bring it in. They lost the sale big time.

While in the store shopping for Pandora, employee offered to clean my wedding set left to me by my grandmother. She inspected it first with the loop. She put it in the bath and when she took it out, I, not the employee, noticed a diamond was missing. She fished around in the solution for the missing diamond and then had the nerve to charge me a lot of money to reset it. I was in no mood to argue, so I paid it. Even though Sandberg has a large selection of Pandora, I would NEVER recommend it. My opinion is that they are all about the money, not the customer. I was so disappointed especially because they are the ones that originally sized and restored the ring when I came into possession of it.

I LOVE this jewelry store… I’ve never seen such an HUGE and AMAZING selection of pandora charms… you’ll be blown away and the prices were same or better than anywhere else. I’m going back to get a beautiful Citizen watch. The young man helping us was also very friendly and patient as we tried to decide on a few charms and tried on a million watches and was not pushy or salesy! You can even make a wish list!
