They have the most beautiful wrapping paper and cards! I ALWAYS get my holiday wraps here and use it for my family… they were so kind to let me run in last minute on Dec 24 — I was literally the last customer, knocking on the door to be let in and they graciously rang me up! Excellent customer service, especially during the holiday season. My tradition will continue!

I had a HORRIBLE experience here on Monday, October 19th. I then wrote a letter to their corporate office and NEVER heard back. Find somewhere else to get your gifts wrapped — they are not even wrapped nicely and charge an arm and a leg. Not only are they over priced, but they are RUDE. I expect that when I go into a store like Papyrus that sells high end cards and gift wrap, that the experience will be happy and fun. NOT at this store. They were rude and did everything they could to be difficult. I called and asked for the store manager and the sales asociate couldn’t even tell me who her manager was, and had to look up an email address for me to send a complaint to. I will NEVER return and you should not either. There are other places that have the same services where the customer service is much better!

Very cool, unique, expensive cards. Sometimes this is what you need.

They have the most beautiful cards on display for sale. There are cards here that are for those people that like Suttle cards, and cards for those who like bling! Also, they sell, wrapping paper, gift bags, jewelery, coffee cups, and many other unique knick knacks and gift ideas that you may not find in other cards stores. The only negative thing that I have is that, because of the quality in their cards, they are kind of pricey. But I guess that why we have the saying, «you get what you pay for».

I usually don’t write reviews on individual stores inside malls, but Papyrus is an exception. This is my go to for any type of greeting card — birthday, anniversary, baby shower, etc. I always find the most perfect card that matches the person I am looking it for. They are definitely more expensive than in a Target or Hallmark, but the cards are hilarious, cute, witty, and beautiful. The quality is better, which justifies that more money will be spent. They also have beautiful, but limited selections on wrapping paper and gift bags. There are also adorable calendars, cups, martini glasses — really a good place to look for a small gift. Anything you may end up buying here will give off a personal touch to the gift, so that’s always nice. The ladies working here are always very friendly and willing to help you. Again, it’s a fairly small store, but I’ve honestly never had problems finding what I was looking for. Just keep in mind that Papyrus is more of a special occasion gift shop and you will be just fine! I highly recommend stopping by… :)

This is a good place to shop if you’re looking for that perfect greeting card, without worrying about paying a high price for it. It’s a like the«Nordstrom» of all greeting card stores. I paid $ 7 for a wedding card.

I wouldn’t have normally stopped into a place that looked like it was full of paper unless I needed to run into Kinko’s for a photocopy or stationary on the go, but Papyrus sounded ultra Egyptian at the time and I was hoping to find some sort of epic artifact. What I found was… a lot of EXPENSIVE paper. But really really cute. If I’m looking for cards I usually hit a Hallmark, and I still recommend you stop in Hallmark first, but if you’re not pleased, then I would recommend Papyrus. If you’re looking for stationary, thank you cards, or out of the ordinary wrapping paper, visit this store. The great thing about their wrapping paper is that it’s more artsy and unisex than something you can pick up at Walgreen’s or Micheal’s.

Special papers, note cards, greeting cards and candles. The store has warmth.
