The sirloin tips were melt-​in-​your-​mouth delicious, but the waitress Nancy seemed very hassled to do her job. She made a big deal about having separate checks and seemed insulted when I checked to make sure the rest of my meal hadn’t been forgotten.

I’ve been to this location several times and find the service to be somewhat slow (regardless of what time of day it is or how many guests are in the restaurant). The food and coffee however, always comes out hot and fresh.

Worst service ever. My friend and I went for breakfast in the morning on Thursday and I’m pretty out waitress quit right after she took our order. And that’s where it went bad, we waited about 30 minutes for our food to come out. And it was a different waitress, she introduced herself, but we were confused on what happened to our waitress prior. After we finished our food, no one came to check on us or to give us our check, 30 minutes after waiting. So we had to go up front and went to pay, the man up front was asking us if we had our check and we told him no one ever came and we were waiting forever. So he had to go in and check our order. After we left, It was the worst service I had ever had in a restaurant. It would’ve have been better to get take-​out instead.

Went for lunch. worst IHOP i have ever been in. Not full but took a while to get seated. Ordered a hamburger and it took forever. The bun was really stale. Was offered another bun but because it took so long I had to get out of there. No money off just oh sorry thats 12 dollars. Leave this one alone.

Parking lot is too small, hosts did not greet us at the door, server looked and acted like she was miserable. The table was sticky and stained. My pancakes were dry. Enough said. Stay away.

For myself and family, this is a great nearby option for breakfast. My husband always orders that tbone steak and eggs breakfast dish and I always take a few bites and it’s seriously never bad. The pancakes — when hot and you’re eating them there — I think they’re great. Not sure about their reheating capabilities, I’d have to update on that. Almost every time I get the ham, egg and cheese grilled sandwich. No idea the correct name but that thing is… Oh my goodness, it’s another winner. I like their fries, BLT and clubs. Gma has never complained about the coffee and she’s the coffee aficionado. Love places with coffee carafes on the table, by the way. Good prices and decent food. Never have had a bad experience here. Ugh, only thing is the parking lot is waaay too small for how packed it gets on weekend mornings.

The service and food was great. I ordered a pumpkin waffle, bacon, eggs, hash browns and a toasted marshmallow hot chocolate. Everything was tasty, hot and arrived quickly. The only reason for 4 stars is its a little dated and the first table we were seated at was dirty. They did apologize and move us.

I got an omelette today and it turned out to taste and look like a pancake. Turns out they made it wrong cause they put too much pancake batter. Eew. They put pancake batter in omelettes, thank god I got to learn this by their error. Bad excess carbs! Everyone should be aware of this

And you have to wait forever until they will serve food to you. Waitresses look like they didn’t sleep in weeks. You prefer to start your day with the smile, not with the grumpy face…

This ihop is so ghetto. If u want breakfast go to ANNIES!
There seats are ripped, they are to cheap to fix there coffee machine its been broke for awhile now (BUT THEY STILL SERVE IT) and the waitress even said its broken.
The staff is clueless about there own menu. The tables are sticky and you can see greasy nasty finger prints all over the salt, pepper & syrups.
They didn’t even give me silverware i had to take it from an empty table.

The service was amazing! Super friendly team and delicious breakfast food. They mixed up my order but immediately fixed it and replaced my entire order for free! (They gave me the remake and another thing off the menu without charge!) The berry brioche French toast was divine. Definitely coming here again!

Normal breakfast food I miss the all you can eat pancakes this place has gotten a bit dirty as a clean table was available and I humor stuck at a dirty one my waitress was nice however forgot half my order and I had to grab another waiter to refill my coke as she disappeared and never came back to ask me for anything after my initial order. I still tipped as I am not a mean person but I felt that this place needs a retraining of servers as well as more bus boys as I do not appreciate paying money to eat on a dirty table with no silverware also did I mention that I had to ask for silverware as the waitress say nothing on the table and didn’t put two and two together. Prob not going to come back to this location again.

3 stars is for the food. The waitress was super nice and helpful and quick. Just the food wasn’t all that. If you’re craving breakfast, do yourself a favor and don’t come here. The pancakes looked like rubber. And they were cold. Not pleased with the food.

The service was very bad! The waiter she is very rude and mean! Wrong order! We wanna the cheese on egg they charge us .79 but no cheeses on it, ordered the grilled chicken salad came out regular chicken salad, ask for lemon with water forgotten the lemon, and she didn’t come back to check on us ask for how was food and did not come to refill the water! Just came and left the check and walked away! How rude! Used to like to come and service not that bad!

This place has been around for years and it has been serving the usually IHOP food. I go here usually for the food, not the service. Service is like other IHOPs which is ok at times. The food is usually good for the price! It used to be 24 hours, but only certain ones are right now! So this is competing against Denny’s which I recommend also if IHOP is closed when your hungry. I will come again for the value and breakfast! The dinner entrees are ok and a great value if your on a budget.

I know this place is a chain, but I always enjoy my Patty Melts here — our server, Maria, was really nice — she did forget my dad’s pancakes, but that was just a minor mishap. She was quite attentive and very sweet. I requested my dish to be extra well-​done and had it with a side of their seasoned fries. Everything was fresh, and dipping it into some Tabasco and ketchup was money! I like how they ‘warm up’ the maple syrup for the pancakes — a nice touch — ha! This place definitely gets packed during the weekends, and parking can be kind of a tight squeeze; however, there’s some street parking available as well.
