How do u promote pretzels when you are out at 5:40. I understand you close at 6. Hereford you serve until 6. No pretzels, no cheese. Many people walked out after waiting in line to find out we are closing. 3 workers closing. 1 very slow clerk who doesn’t have a clue. Sad!!!

Although I usually enjoy their almond pretzels– this particular location always manages to disappoint. On one occasion, the pretzel should not have even been called an almond pretzel because it had very little almonds in it. On a separate occasion-​you could tell the pretzel was not freshly done because it was hard to bite on. since I was on a rush. I did not feel like going back in there and complaing. only because my toddler daughter really likes them but otherwise I will do my best to avoid this particular location.

I don’t know what people think of businesses these days but this place is one who will throw away food because it was «stale.» They were unscathed but the staff decided it’s no good anymore and chucked it away.
They did guarantee that they will make them fresh (I wanted to order the almond pretzel) in 10 minutes. This was the only awesome thing. I absolutely dislike the fact that food is wasted.

My son loves the icees and pretzels here. The pretzels are a great snack, hot and buttery. I think 7 – 11 does a better job with the icees. The problem I have here is that staff tends to have difficulty getting the order right. On numerous occasions, I’ve had to explain that «yes, I really want just an icee» and there has also been confusion over which icee I ordered. I think I may just order them by color in the future. However, there are only 3 flavors offered-​how hard can it be to get the order right?

If I’m craving salty, I get Garlic…
Sweet, I go for the almond…
When I have a hard time deciding, I just go for the original and get som cream cheese to dip!
