Abbey Landscape & Design Concepts

I’ve had Abbey Landscaping out for two different jobs over the last two summers for which they designed landscaping and brickwork for my front porch and backyard patio. In both cases, the work turned out great, on time and within budget. Not only were they professional from design and proposal to closing out the projects, they also helped diagnose and fix a lingering problem that I had with sinking of my previous patio.
I would recommend Abbey and will use them again.

I have a contract with them for snow removal service. I complained one time that they did not complete the work as specified in the contract and they are refusing to do any further work and thus violating the terms of the contract. Spoke with Emily in the office who represent my complaint completely falsely stating that I refused payment, which is an outright lie. I stated that I would not pay in full because they did not complete the job as contractual obligated. Spoke with Ben Foley in the office and he hung up the phone in mid-​conservation. I asked that Kevin Foley, the owner, to return my call, but given that Ben hung up on me, I am not holding my breath. I have used them in the past for landscaping and did not have any problems. Things are not the same since the changes in the office staff. Extremely unprofessional not to meet terms of the contract and then refuse service. They are very rude and provided poor quality service (lazy and dishonest representation of work by the workers to the office staff). Sad to see a family business deteriorating to the point of incompetence.

I met with Abbey Landscape last summer to discuss various options regarding landscape design. I’m sorry that I wasted an hour of my time walking my property with them as they never got me the proposal that they promised and never responded to any of my calls.
