We purchased a toy truck on Saturday and on Tuesday it broke. When I contacted the store, the woman said it must have been abused and didn’t want to give us a refund. I guess a child rolling his truck across the floor is abuse.
I looked at the receipt and it says no refunds unless the item is unopened. This is nice to know after the purchase. They should have signs posted everywhere stating this.
The bottom line is they can sell cheap Chinese crap at an over priced amount and not stand behind the products they sell.
Now I understand why the store always looks vacant. I hate buying from chain stores, but at least if their products break I can return them. Stay far away from this place.
