Nice lounge, doing construction in front don’t be confused, THEY ARE OPEN!!! Didn’t catch the guy’s name but he was very helpful in the walk in humidor they have. Now time to toast. Can’t go wrong here.

Had the opportunity to meet Michel and enjoy a cigar in his fine establishment. I also bought a few sticks to take with me back to Toronto.
Michel knows his stuff and I only wish I had the opportunity to visit his shop again before I left Southern California.
If you visit the President Reagan Library and are looking for a guys getaway just a short distance away — this is the place. Comfy chairs and large T. V’s and a large, well-​stocked humidor is what you will find.
Thanks again Michel and I look forward to visiting your shop again the next time I travel north of Los Angeles.

Owner was helpful and courteous, prices a tad high but not unreasonable. Great atmosphere. You can sit and smoke, watch news, etc. great selection as well.

This place is a major disappointment. I have given them three different opportunities, and each time I have been let down. As stated in other posts, they do have a large stocked humidor, but all the cigars I have purchased were dry? The owner or manager needs to correct this ASAP! This place could be great, but until then I will drive to Westlake Village to buy a better product.
*A side note, and this could be just me, but it really irks me each time I have been there the owner/​manager follows me into the humidor. I have lived all over and I have never experienced this. It would be one thing if he were offering suggestions or advising about his cigars, but he just stands there and watches? I find this strange and and unnerving.

Comfortable seats to enjoy your purchase in the shop which is owned by a young cigar aficionado. Relaxt and inviting atmosphere. Unfortunalty we dont have such places in Amsterdam which makes me enjoy these venues even more when being in the US.

I was looking for a local place I could buy cigars/​accessories from and this place is it! Michel is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional shop owner that makes you feel right at home. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone that is in the Ventura county area.

The only cigar lounge in Simi to my knowledge. Even if it wasn’t, it’d still be the best. It’s like a family away from home. Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is always laidback — even enough to make a few people nod off in those comfy leather chairs.

It has been about a month since I first hit the Cigar Factory Lounge. I stand by my first impressions and initial review, 5 stars. I only give it 4 stars now in hopes that the review sticks around for a while. I’m not sure why Unilocal shows 10 reviews as not recommended (flawed Unilocal Algorithm). Guess when a new business opens, it can’t have too many good reviews, because they get dropped. Not even one review is worthy? Read all the reviews and you be the judge.
The humidor has filled out nicely with several new selections. The pipe tobacco choices have increased along with the accessories. I expressed an interest in trying a particular cigar and surprise, the next time I stopped by, the owner had ordered it in. I see many regular customers and usually meet somebody new when I visit. More seating is around the corner, which is a good thing, as the crowd is growing. Still the best option for a cigar and escape in the Simi Valley area.

Thankful to have a nice cigar lounge to kickback and try new cigars and pipe tobaccos. The owner Michel is great and has lots of knowledge concerning tobacco and smoking. Nice place, smooth jazz. Check it out.
