I was in the area visiting family and decided to get my disabled mother-in-law’s laundry done through their service counter. We had 3 loads, which came out to 24 pounds and $ 30. Not super cheap exactly, but very convenient seeing as I wasn’t prepared to leave her alone for 2 hours so I could hang out in the laundromat to do it myself. Very polite staff. Quick and efficient.

I love doing my laundry at Stonegate Laundry in Simi Valley. The enviornment is clean, and there are many dryers and washing machines, to meet my laundry needs. I enjoy all of the reading materials. Marlene, the Attendant is friendly and helpful. She always answers all my questions and is very patient. I recommend Stonegate for all your needs. They also have a nice Fluff & Fold Laundry Service.

I decided to wash some bulky items to Stonegate because it seems to have a great reputation. When I arrived, I was disappointed by the number of machines out of order, the cost and the overall dinginess of the facility. But the real disappointment came when I decided to use the fluff and fold service to have a pair of standard pillows washed. The $ 16 price was steep. I recognized that I probably could replace the pillows for not much more. But I like my pillows a lot and thought perhaps it’s worth it to ensure they are laundered and dried properly. When the attendant said I could pick them up that afternoon, I decided it was worth it and left them. **At this point, I should note that my items were put on the account of another person with the same last name, but different first name, and that the attendant did nothing to ensure I was the Grace White listed or protect her phone number which was included on the claim slip. I returned as instructed and paid for the pillows, which were returned to me tied in plastic bags. Unfortunately, I didn’t unwrap them while I was still there and it was not until I got to my apartment on the other side of Simi Valley that I realized they had been returned to me wet. No, not a little damp… wet. This completely defeated the purpose of having paid to have them laundered and also set me back quite a bit of time trying to figure out how best to dry them to prevent mildew. Overall, not worth the hassle of driving to the other side of town… and the search for a good laundromat continues…

My comforter is too large to fit in my washing machine and so i take it to this laundry mat. The staff is very attentive and pleasant and I am able to pick up my laundry already folded and perfectly wrapped in plastic within a few hours. They also have free wi fi and their services are inexpensive.

LOVETHEIRDROPOFFSERVICE! This place is the signature of Simi Valley… they have been around for years. Just noticed the frivolous reviews. So sorry I didn’t leave a review before.

I have been to this place several times and each time I walk out very disappointed. The washers aren’t very good if they even work, the coin machine is temperamental and the staff is rude. I’ve stopped going here due to these issues and started driving to another laundromat off of First and LA Ave, that’s how bad it is, I drive across the valley to wash my clothes at a MUCH better place.

I love coming out to Stonegate to wash our clothes! A lot of the laundry facilities out in the valley don’t compare at all! I can wash my clothes and don’t have to worry about babysitting my stuff! There are places out here in the valley where your clothes can be stolen right from you!!! But not here! Or better yet I can drop them off to be washed while I visit with friends!!! That is a plus!

I have not been to this place in a few years, untll today, and now I remember why. VERY crowded, trashy people who think they own the VERYFEW laundry carts that the place has provided. Washer prices are high, and only 5 minutes per quarter for dryers, MUCH higher than other places I go. After 30 minutes my clothes were still not dry. I told the attendant; she shrugged her shoulders. I will not be back.

The machines here wash your clothes then dry them, decently clean place, and the prices aren’t so bad.
