Servpro of Simi Valley

I cannot say enough good things about the company. Freddie and Carl have been nothing but helpful. Sewage water filled 3 of the 4 bedrooms in my home, i had no clue what to do or where to start, i was told to contant servpro and they were at our home within 30 minutes cleaning and setting up equipment to dry our home in order to provent further damage such as mold. They came by daily to chk on our home and moved the equipment so it was operating as efficiently as possible every day. They treated me like a friend, had compassion for our situation, I was crying when they came and they completely brought me comfort and kept all their promises, they took such good care of our home. really what more could you ask for? So happy with the service and the employees providing them.

I called Servpro for water and mold remediation and they have been amazing. They go above and beyond. Victor was the field contact person and they handled everything so professionally. I manage an apartment complex and they kept me in the loop about everything, as well as telling me step by step the procedures that would be taken to clean everything. The owner has come in to explain things to me as well. It is nice to get such great personalized service. They take their time with you and are very knowledgeable about their services.
