Love Premium Carpet and Tile Care! He is super professional and trustworthy. Tom is very passionate about carpet cleaning and really knows his stuff. He really geeks out over his equipment and the methods he uses. He goes to trade shows for this stuff! He takes a lot of pride in his work and the final product. In short… he cares. It’s hard to find people like him these days. You know the job will be done right when you use him.
I was most impressed recently when Tom cleaned my downstairs tile. I was worried about the water getting under the baseboards and causing them to swell. The first thing he did was to put down the plastic things that guard the corners of your baseboards from being dinged by the equipment. Nice touch. Then, he was very careful about how he uses the equipment and no moisture got to my baseboards! And geez… I never knew my grout was
Supposed to be that bright!!! Anyways… just do it. Don’t be tempted by those cheap cleaning companies that are all about the gimmicks. Tom will do the job right, the first time. You will not be disappointed.
