I was along for the ride in my father’s quest for a hat to wear to a casual outdoor wedding in Oregon. This was our first place to visit to see the selection and the prices. We were pleasantly surprised to see competitive prices for old school gentleman’s hats and received excellent service from Rochelle. Rochelle was incredibly helpful in hat styling, sizing, and price selections within our budget. At the end of our visit, we left happily with a new hat for my pops that looked good and was within budget.

Have been back there several times since. Brought my brother in and bought him a really nice hat. Went back recently to get myself a lady’s top hat for a steampunk convention. Really like the staff who work in this store… all nice folks. They always give me adhesive cushioning for my hats because my head’s a bit small.

If it wasn’t for the super creepy guy working there Id be more willing to have fun with this store, though the quality of the hats is not so great, they have a decent selection.
Great to try on some hats and the snap a pic of the tag and you can find the same hats on Amazon for far less half the price you’d pay here for the same price. If you have a prime account, the shipping is free and it arrives in two days.
I ordered some great winter hats I tried on here and then ordered them through amazon. Over all its a great idea, though the presentation could be better.

I bought a couple hats here when they first opened this location. Now, they have moved just around the corner to a larger space. There is even a bigger selection. Nicely laid out with prices running low to high. Finding something in your price range should be easy, for both men and women. Originally coming from back east, hats are a way of life. To have this range of selection in Simi Valley of all places makes this a nice spot. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Don’t be afraid to ask for a discount.

Decent selection, reasonable prices for such a niche shop, very friendly staff. Mike and Eric helped me out with an exchange and were very accommodating, replacing a poorly-chosen hat with two other hats that look very nice on me and zeroing out the slight price difference as a courtesy. Definitely reccommended if you need a hat for a special occasion or a costume as well as everyday wear.

This store is awesome! My dome is huge and it’s impossible to find stylish hats that fit my head. Not only does this store have a fantastic selection (many styles with prices ranging from budget to pimp), but the service is top notch. The gentleman that helped me found the right hat and even steam sized it so that it would be perfect. I will definitely be coming back, and would highly recommend this place!
