We are so pleased with the professionalism, expertise and kindness exhibited by the staff at Decibel Hearing Services. Dr. Kelley Bannon is a gem. She is so kind to my father and is willing to explain things repeatedly so that he is able to understand. We are so appreciative that we have found an office that really cares about it’s patients.

I have been wearing hearing aids for 15 years, I am so happy that I found them. The whole staff !! Friendly, professional, kind so very helpful. I really can’t find the perfect words for this review.
Guess all I can say is, go to them, you well be very happy that you did.
I well be going there well, for the rest of my life unless I move. And they have two offices.
You have any issues at all, they are their to help.
I just can’t say enough, I am a very difficult person at times. I rarely give anyone a high ranking, but they are just that good, and caring !!

We are so happy with the service, kindness, patience and professionalism at Decibel Hearing Services. There is an office in Thousand Oaks and SImi Valley and the front office staff went to great measures to find out if my mother had any hearing aid benefit and as it turned out, she did. The audiologists there, Ellen and Kelley, are very professional and educated us on the types of hearing loss, options and features of hearing devices that would best suit my mother’s needs without being pushy. It was an educational experience in a warm, comfortable office and I thank them.
