I highly recommend that you choose to go to dairy qween instead especially if your 4 year old girl needs to go to the bathroom. Never going to this place again

Good ice cream as always, but a bit expensive. Guy behind the counter was very unfriendly, and acted put off to have to scoop our ice cream.

This is a nice Baskin-​Robbins location. We come here a lot when we are looking for a sweet treat!
The store is kept clean and the service is super friendly. The teens that work behind the counter are always friendly and helpful. They always make us feel welcome in their store.
There are plenty of flavors to choose from. They are usually well stocked and only on the busiest of days are they out of any one flavor. I always want to try different flavors but I think the best one is the Peanut Butter and Chocolate. I like that they have sundaes, shakes, and also offer soft serve ice cream. There is something for everyone! Their cakes are great and I have always had great luck with ordering them at this store. They are always ready on time and done to my specifications. I noticed that they are now offering online cake ordering which is a nice convenience!
This store does get busy at times, but be patient, the servers do help everyone in a timely manner. We have never had to wait too long to get our ice cream. The parking lot gets crowded during the day due to the other businesses that share the lot. If you go in the evening hours, there is plenty of parking.
I definitely recommended this location for ice cream. We will be back.

Always very friendly service at this BR. Hands down the best chocolate shake in Simi Valley.

Owner was rude and charged me extra to write happy birthday on a $ 46 cake. This is not charged at other Baskin-​Robbins. He also lied and said it was for frosting. The place is also not very clean. Please go to another location — you have been warned!

Ewww, plastic ice cream. Dirty floors. Apathetic teenage service. With as many choices for frozen yogurt in town as there are, why bother with this mass-​produced, artificially flavored junk food?

It was pretty good, warm inside and located inside a togo’s. Only bad part was that when i finished my icecream there was nothing in the cone lol :)
